I absolutely love my new Roomba. I have been wanting one for quite a while The deal was too good to pass up. Excellent curbside service when I went to pick up this item the staff was helpful and very efficient.

Haven't had much time to go over what it can do. Basically just turned it on & it docks within 2 hours. Filter is filthy after 1 use; need to figure out how to clean properly.

We got this on a sale and honestly both this model and the 8 series model (which is $4-500 more) are the same. They don’t seem to map out the rooms and they take forever and usually end up needing myself or someone to pick it up when it gets stuck for no reason. The parts seem very expensive and for the amount of money you pay you would think these things would do the job for you...that’s the whole point of them to begin with but they don’t. I would got the most expensive that’s the only one that actually works.

I bought this item to help my wife with some of the cleaning. I must say it does a pretty decent good. You can creat a schedule and forget it about it. Just remember to empty the garbage it picked up daily.

We bought this after being disappointed by Samsungs powerbot Vacuum cleaner. So far, it has been great. I have been most impressed by how long the battery lasts and how it always returns back to base.

This vac did nothing it would not clean a rug I guess because of the design on the rug. It does not have a remote you have to download a app to control

My wife and I purchased this Roomba to pick up our dog's hair before we do our weekly vacuuming. It picks up really well. It is nice to come home to clean floors (we have hard wood) instead of having to sweep or vaccuum everyday.

Gets the job done and saves our old injured bodies! Also motivates to keep large clutter off the floor. We have 2 dogs so dog hair was a constant problem. The roomba picks it all up just fine.

First Roomba at home, it Wonderfull, in the future I will upgrade it for the top one. I just will improve the brushing system because it got stock with hair once every two week of working.

Very good product. Can't believe how much trash the filter and tray pick up even running the roomba every day. Have 3 small dogs coming in and out so very helpful on dark hardwood floors.

We took this roomba for our parents who live back in India and they love how easy and efficient this roomba is. We have tile flooring in their home and roomba does a fantastic job in vacuuming the floor.

Does a good job but needs attending to. Gets stuck in rooms some times and does not get back to the charging station.

Works pretty well. Compatible with Alexa which is fun. Doesnt fit underneath one piece of furniture that i have that happens to have so much dust underneath it, oh well.

I work 12 hours a day and have 2 dogs that are shedding like crazy right now. Being able to click the clean button from work or schedule the cleaning makes my life so much easier. I love my little Roomba.

I was very happy with this purchase as we Love it a lot and think that it is the best one out there. I received it in plenty of time and the price was great. Love doing business with Best Buy.

Expected more clean the compartment isn’t big. Does not clean up everything. There is still trash left behind.

Works great this is my second one. We have 1 for downstairs and 1 for upstairs I love just pushing a button and getting over a hour of cleaning also knws where the steps are and don’t fall down

Bought as gift for mother. She was thrilled with it. Easy setup. Just don’t pay full price. Good for in between deep cleans but not primary vacuum.

Overall it does the job, however it does have a hard time finding the docking station if not placed near a good Wi-fi signal. Other than that it is well worth it.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mom last year! She was more than pleased! Dirty floor is one less thing she has to worry about! ‘Rosie’ gets the job done!
