    Not that great with vacuuming hardwood floors. The power is strong that it pushes the dust further away from it before it can get to it to suck up. I kept having to check the settings to see if I missed something but it says it can automatically vacuum between hardwood floors and carpet.

    The item is fine. The receipt is the problem. I cannot get a receipt! I ordered it online and got no receipt and cannot find one for my purchase on Best Buy’s web site. I’m a little ticked off about that. I won’t be ordering online again!

    Worked good for the first couple of months, but then it kept throwing error codes for the collection bin. Very erratic vacuum pattern as well.

    It’s just OKAY… it does a pretty fair job of picking up dust, small particles etc, the only problem is it gets stuck constantly. It doesn’t learn about tight spots to avoid.
