The 694 is faster and quieter than the 675s that we have. We are enjoying it for now. Surprised no handle like the 675s.

Surprisingly loud & has quite the bit of issues bumping into things. Also the top scratches easily, it went under a cabinet and scuffed all the paint under it. And to top it off, doesnt suction well either.

I bought this and used it right away. It is easy to start and use. It picks up lots of different things. Only problem was a transition on floor to a think carpet off a bare floor.

I have 2 and is good. I program with the app to clean the floor before i get to the house.

It's a decent product really need those room sensors though to keep it from leaving where I need it to stay

I love this thing! This has been a life-saver when it comes to keeping my floors clean! I love the fact that you can schedule cleanings and the vaccum is great at sensing barriers!

This roomba works great in our house! It picks up quite a bit of junk! We are very happy with this product and will be upgrading soon….

Great job vacuuming but no software for guidance so constantly gets stuck

Tends to miss a lot, helps to presweep edges. Gets stuck on lots of thing like stairs, chair legs even got hooked on my fishing pole in the closet. Sent a message for help, I’m falling. More of a toy than a tool.

We named her Hazel and it's great simply adking Alexa to "run Hazel" We run her daily becausevof our two dogs.

You probably don’t want my review. I’ve been unable to use the vacuum because of a missing part. I went into your store and asked for assistance getting the right part. The person at the desk told me incomplete packages are not your problem! That ticked me off. I keep meaning to call the manufacture during working hours. But when I think about it, like right now, I remember that I pay a fee to have the best best buy support. I assume the person is right, but on the other hand ticking off a Best Buy member client seems unwise! How about at least sending me the phone number that I’m gonna have to call.? Your directions make it clear you don’t want negative comments, but that is self serving and a questionable policy. You’re more believable if you’re not perfect.

Cleans well and efficient however the dust bin is too small so it requires you to clean them out often.

The 694 is one of the best older Roombas. Get the unit charging asap and download the app and your floors will be cleaned in no time.

Easy and does the job. I bought 2 for presents. Both friends love it. It has so many options like blue tooth , wifi etc. You can get as much out of it that you can understand

This is the 2nd one we've picked up from your outlet. Had to return the first and we will be returning the 2nd because neither worked well. Constantly gets stuck in unblocked areas, turns on but doesn't leave the docking station, etc.
