Help, I’m falling!!

Gets stuck on lots of thing like stairs, chair legs even got hooked on my fishing pole in the closet. Sent a message for help, I’m falling. More of a toy than a tool.

Worth the purchase

Good cleaner

It picks up lots of different things. Only problem was a transition on floor to a think carpet off a bare floor.

I’ve been unable to use the vacuum because of a missing part. I went into your store and asked for assistance getting the right part. The person at the desk told me incomplete packages are not your problem! That ticked me off. I keep meaning to call the manufacture during working hours. But when I think about it, like right now, I remember that I pay a fee to have the best best buy support. I assume the person is right, but on the other hand ticking off a Best Buy member client seems unwise! How about at least sending me the phone number that I’m gonna have to call.? Your directions make it clear you don’t want negative comments, but that is self serving and a questionable policy. You’re more believable if you’re not perfect.

Amazing Product

My robot needs gps

Unfortunately it just vacuums the same areas over and over. I have to move it and restart it if I want better results.
