Love the product. Cleans up the dog shed hair GREAT !

Don't have to walk around the entire house no more.

Great for hard to reach spaces like under your bed. You can put the robot in any rooms and let it go to work.

It works perfectly and very efficient in my space.

This specific Roomba is okay. my main concern is it takes a very long time to charge and I also don't know if it's actually charging unless I'm looking directly at the app on my phone. This is the second Roomba that I have purchased, the first one was so much better without all the new technology. I always knew if it was charging I didn't have to guess or go grab my phone. I place this one to charge and I think it's charging but jokes on me because it is not.

Amazing robot vacuum——————————————————————————————

I am very happy with this vacuum. I have 6 cats and 2 dogs. So i have one that runs at 8 am and another at 5 pm. Wood floors with a few throw rugs. They really do a good job.

The product works how it should. I think if you're looking for something like this, you should get it.

After receiving the iRobot for Christmas, I wanted to upgrade to one of the newer models. It was more than 15 days after the initial purchase, but I was given permission from a manager to do the exchange. Everything was smooth with the transition, and the associate superspy were very helpful…

I am not a huge huge fan but I can not lie that it does do the job. I am just not as dependent on it as much.

Had to have one, nice to have one to promote laziness. But not really, allows me to get other things done. I just don’t understand why it cannot find its way back home without help.

I have a one bedroom apartment and this is absolutely perfect for it. Its basically eliminated the need for a big vacuum unless there's a major spill.

"I purchased a Roomba less than a year ago and encountered problems with its charging. I had it checked at Best Buy, where an agent confirmed in writing that it wasn't charging. I then paid a $29 deductible to have it serviced. However, when the Roomba was returned, the repair agent's note said "no fault found with vacuum, powers and operates normally." Now, less than two months later, the same charging issue has recurred, and I'm being asked to pay another $29 deductible. This process seems flawed. I believe I shouldn't be charged again for the same issue on the same device in such a short time."

Doesn't clean perfectly too slow not too much control only one brush

I am enjoying my robotic vacuum. It doesn't do any better job than what I used previously. However, because it is robotic I it allows me to vacuum more often. This results in a cleaner home.

Good suction but this unit has no other good points. The app doesn't work, its a difficult wifi set up, and it gets stuck in the same room or same place (under table or chairs) and never cleans the entire home or even entire room for that matter

It skips a lot of spots but still good product Just takes a little long

Owned a Deebot Ecovacs prior to this vacuum that lasted about 7 years before we decided to purchase a new robot vacuum. Within two weeks of owning this vacuum (and it running under normal operating procedures), it already had parts that were either failing, getting broken or falling off completely. The mapping on this vacuum isn’t the greatest either and easily got scratched while trying to navigate around furniture (something our prior vacuum did not do). The vacuum is also exceptionally loud and easily drowns out normal conversation and TV/music noise. Pricing on this particular model was great but the old saying, “you get what you pay for,” is absolutely true. I would not recommend this particular model to others and would advise others to check out the Ecovacs Deebot line.

This one is much better. It went to the base by itself when the battery was low and when it finished a cleaning job. Stopped bumping into the cats food when it sensed it for the second time.
