I really love this vacuum with the exception of two of the three bristly brushes breaking after only using it a few times. I could see the brush breaking after several months of use but it's only been a week since I have gotten the vacuum.

We named her Hazel and it's great simply adking Alexa to "run Hazel" We run her daily becausevof our two dogs.

The 694 is one of the best older Roombas. Get the unit charging asap and download the app and your floors will be cleaned in no time.

You probably don’t want my review. I’ve been unable to use the vacuum because of a missing part. I went into your store and asked for assistance getting the right part. The person at the desk told me incomplete packages are not your problem! That ticked me off. I keep meaning to call the manufacture during working hours. But when I think about it, like right now, I remember that I pay a fee to have the best best buy support. I assume the person is right, but on the other hand ticking off a Best Buy member client seems unwise! How about at least sending me the phone number that I’m gonna have to call.? Your directions make it clear you don’t want negative comments, but that is self serving and a questionable policy. You’re more believable if you’re not perfect.

I have some health issues and no longer able to vacuum. I ordered my Roomba online and it arrived the next day. I love being able to keep my floors and carpet vacuumed so easily

This was a Christmas gift to my son. He loves it. He had it set to run twice a week.

This little machine is a life saver for our home. While i don't use it on thick carpet its mainly used on hardwood it cleans pine needles and pet hair extremely well.

It work ok, but it doesn’t work well on certain types of carpet. It works well on the carpet in my apartment(which is likely standard in most apts.). It works goes across my bathroom rug, and a area rug I have in my bedroom. It will not work on the harder, stiffer, thicker rug in my living room that my coffee table sits on.

I've always wanted one and finally decided to do it. Unfortunately it just vacuums the same areas over and over. I have to move it and restart it if I want better results.

the best for dog owners, we have a dog that sheds bad and this has saved our lives on a day to day basic!
