My only problem with this new model is that it had no handle so when it needs to be moved you have to use 2 hands to pick it up which is not always convenient.

This piece of garbage leaves clumps of hair all over the floor. It seems to have the hardest time when going from a rug to hardwood floor. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement roller brush. The problem continues…. And I’m past the return period. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Then they send me a replacement roomba.... and the box and the product was damaged.... soo i took the 2nd one back and got my money back.... wht a waist of time and gas.....

Map the surface and clean the surface in specific pattern. Right now I see it walks at home in random fashion...no row by row mapping and cleaning. 2. No option to block certain area like toilets. 3. Not works for the soft carpet or rug where height is More than half inches.
