Works great, keeps the floors clean. A bit louder than expected. Can’t run it while sleeping.

Does exactly what it was supposed to do. Setup was easy and it is working great.

Since purchasing the Roomba, keeping the floors clean has become less of a hassle. The one main issue with the Roomba is the need to make sure that your floors are clear of small things that could possibly get in the roomba's path (i.e. laptop cords/misc. power cords, various holiday decorations, dog toys, etc.).

Picks up quite a bit....easy to clean. It picks up pet hair as well.

the roomba is good for inbetween manual vacuuming. it cannot get to the nooks and crannies but the general open areas. it gets full fast. sometimes has a tendency to get stuck. works alight for the in betweeners...

Very good on wood, tile, and carpeted floors. Very effective on pet hair. Debris capture capacity could be greater. Charge duration is reasonable, cleans 800 sqft on hardwoods per charge.

I waited way to long to buy a Roomba. It works great. The only issue is It gets lost trying to get back to the base so it runs out of battery. We have to find and place it on the charging station. But this does not happen every cleaning.

I like the concept of the Roomba and having the convenience of a scheduled time so that when you walk in the door the floor is vacuumed. Amazingly this unit does notice when there is a step down and won't go off but the virtual wall can be hit or miss for some unknown reason and you may find the roomba on the other side of where the work is to be done. I also had one of the extractors tear after only 2 weeks of use which can get expensive if this becomes the norm. So in theory the idea of a vacuum that does all the work is nice but this unit does require a fair amount of attention to keep it operating smoothly. In closing I would say if you have a room that has no real variances and very few obstacles it would be the perfect choice.

I named it Mario. He was a whiz on my Fl condo's hard floors. Then mom in SDakota got sick so I gifted him to them. Their old farmhouse has hardwood and carpet. Mario has made the transition even though my elderly parents don't give him the TLChe got in Florida. Still going strong!

This is the 3rd iRobot Roomba that I’ve purchased from Best Buy. This one was a wedding gift for my daughter. Best thing ever! Only buy from Best Buy as they are an authorized dealer.

I bought the Roomba when it was on sale, and it works great! I do wish however that it had bumpers around the edges - like a soft felt or something to protect the things it bumps into. When the Roomba is trying to map out a room, it bumps into all kinds of things. Once it has mapped out a room, it no longer does that. Awesome product and picks up a lot of dirt and debris.

This is an updated roomba, our others has brushes and this one has two rubber “sweepers” that seem to get less clogged(especially long hair). The only bad thing I can say is it doesn’t return to the charger when the battery gets low. If it did I would give it 5 stars

Good cleaner, helps with floor cleaning and easy to use with app.

We just recently purchased a house with all wood floors, and we have a Husky who sheds a lot! We decided to go with this version because it does have the brushes that work better for pet hair. It does a pretty good job of cleaning the random dog hair piles that find their way to the corners and under the furniture. The bin does fill up fast with dog hair, even with daily running events, however, it keeps my clean up time down to a minimum.

Awesome job on my floors! Upgraded to the 980! Did great with pet hair my wife loves it

Roomba is a great help for me. Easy to set up in an app on your phone, and you can set up weekly schedule. Now, it is not perfect, misses the corners, doesn't always finds the base, and you have to empty the dust bin often. But still the benefits of having one are much higher.

My husband talked me into getting this for my Christmas present from him. I just didn't think it would work for our home. Boy was I wrong our floor stay so much cleaner we have two border collies and a cairn terrier that stays inside and they can bring in the dirt. I run this three times a week and now I have time for other things besides vacuuming everyday. Very happy my husband talked me into this.

Set to vacuum every weekday at 930am and off she goes vacuuming for 1-1.5 hours. Little noisy but all vacuums are noisy. Very erratic pattern but some how seems to get everywhere. Sometimes gets hung up on a cord or sucks something up that blocks intake but APP lets u know. It gives u status of charge allows u to schedule and gives u history of activities.

This is probably the best thing we have purchased for our new home. Everyday on the way home from work I start it from my phone and when I get home it’s getting done. We have two dogs that shed A LOT and I used to have to use lint rollers like crazy. I’m not even sure where they are anymore. And Joe at Best Buy is definitely our go to salesman, because of his kind way of explaining everything

Does a great job on carpets and tile floors. Easy to use and program.
