Works well for the price. Got it on a deal of the day and helps my wife out quite a bit. Is is kind of annoying when it gets stuck under a couch or on a small incline but helps keep high traffic areas clean if there’s no obstructions. Downside would be Needing multiple sensors to block certain areas. Setup was easy but we do not allow on the carpet just because it would take so long to clean the entire house; We still use a regular Dyson for the carpeted areas but does really well on keeping up with the dust and dog hair.

This amazing robot has been with me for 8 years bought in 2018 and still works great. Best purchase ever.

The Roomba 890 is awesome. I can tell it to start the cleaning by using my mobile phone when the roomba is connected to home Wi-Fi. I have two cats and a husky so I run it about once or twice a day. The only downside to the roomba is that the trash container is small. It is filled after each cleaning but it doesn't take too long to empty it. I have carpet and hard wood floor on the first floor where the roomba cleans daily. I don't use it upstairs on the carpet because the bin will over fill with hair after a short run. The roomba did awesome on the hardwood floor and the carpet.

One of best purchases I’ve made this year along with Roomba mop. The 890 is very efficient at picking up pet hairs, especially when on sisal rug, picksup all loose fibers & pet hair.... Only thing I’d change is size of waste bin, little small depending on what type carpet/rugs one may have.. Def would recommend

A useful tool for cleaning up the house. It's a little noisy but extremely effective at collecting dog hair. Overall this robovac is excellent.

I love this product. I can multi-task when cleaning because the vacuuming is getting done while the bath and kitchen are being cleaned. It has never gotten stuck and finds its way to all areas of the house. It is important to empty the bin and check the rollers after each use, especially if you have pets. The fur factor in our house is now greatly reduced. Most friends who come over and see it, purchase their own because it is such a great helper.

We purchased the Roomba 890 primarily to be able to clean under beds and other hard to vacuum places. It picks up so much more dust than we expected and has done a great job. It is extremely easy to use. The only downside is that we get about 70 minutes of run time (for carpet) on the battery and a full charge takes 3 hours. That means it is hard to get a lot of different rooms done in a day.

Works pretty good for in between regular vacuum. Loud and bin fills quickly but still gets the dog hair down to a minimum.

Great robo vac, it picks up everything. Dust Bunnies can run but they can't hide. It gets stuck under the coffee table every now and then, and I have to pick up the throw rugs( sometimes it won't go over them) but this thing gets a lot of dirt and dust. If you want to spend more get the self emptying one but these do really good. They are especially good at getting under the beds.

Yes, this is not a "smart" robovacuum like the Roomba 900 series, but it gets the job done in smaller spaces. I have a small-ish apartment, and I run it in each room separately. I just close the doors so it doesn't wander out, and let it vacuum one room while I'm in another. This makes sure that every spot in that section gets vacuumed up well, and it sucks up a surprising amount each time. As long as I rotate it around to different spots on different days, it keeps my apartment clean! The virtual wall also helps keep it in the area I want it to stay in. I've had it wander past the wall once, but otherwise it's worked well.

I love my robot works great except sometimes he gets stuck on loose throw rugs I have long haired dogs and works great!

Powerful vacuum cleaner. Really a time saver as it frees me to do other things. Wished the trash bin is bigger, so I don't have to dump the trash so often. But I love the brushless feature which makes removing hair easier. Had to charge several times in order to have entire house vacuumed.

I was slightly hesitant to even buy a roomba to start with, but I do not regret my purchase one bit. With two Great Danes, this thing works miracles. It does a great job of picking up every little thing, and has excellent coverage! It's a bit loud, but not too bad. The app works great . The only thing I will say, is that it seems to take quite a bit of time getting back to it's home once you tell it to stop.

This, my first try with robo vacs, has been good. We use it on a hardwood floor with a low pile 9x12 area rug that gets a low dose of Cat hair. We find that it cleans well, but takes a little while. I've never let it run more than an hour. Don't use it on shaggy rugs. As you might expect of any vacuum, there's a good chance, as experienced, it'll choke. The one circulating brush, coupled with the rubber tractor-like impellers underneath, cover a decent track, but maybe an additional circulating brush would widen the track and clean more, faster. The debris container, being understandably small, tends to fill up about every 2-3 cleanings, but it's easy to dump. I imagine the new auto dumping Roomba's are a welcomed convenience. The iRobot App was easy to setup and use.

From day one it has trouble going over close nap rugs on top of the hardwood floor, it will get hung up on the edge and alert you to come check it. Don't understand the rug issue because it goes from the hardwood to the tile over a peace of trim with no problem and it is taller. It does do good at vacuuming the floors. the trash bin gets full quickly and is easy to clean out. If there is a lot of hair it will tell you the bin is full even though there is a lot of room left. It has trouble returning to it's home, sometimes it can't find its dock and if you don't stick the dock to the floor with something it moves it around.

This little robot has been really helpful at keeping our 2 bed/2 bath apt clean. It does like to get stuck under our couch and on cords, so we've had to adjust to prevent that, but other than that setting it up was a breeze and no other issues.

I wanted a roomba, but the cost of the most expensive one was too much for me. This model gave me the options I wanted. The roomba does well on a one level surface. It can’t go from my hardwood floor to my area carpet. I wish it did, I don’t know if the more expensive would do it, but I can use my vacuum to get that done! I like the fact I can set times to clean the house.

We have two dogs and mostly wood or tile floors. Used it for the first time yesterday - floors last done 10 days ago. It works, couldn’t believe how much pet hair and dust it picked up, will need to stop it to empty dust bin after 2 rooms and run the Roomba twice a week. Downloading the app took some fiddling ... wi fi must be 2.4 and if you have an I Phone turn off cellular data so it will connect. We need some kind of stiff brush to help empty the collection bin.

Enjoyed the ease of setup and very little to learn to use. It vacuums up more than I thought it would.

The room that has worked very well with only a few minor problems. Definitely need to make sure any loose cables cords shoelaces wires etc. are put away and not accessible or the rumba will find it and wrap it up inside its wheels or brush. Sometimes has gotten lost when I tell it to go home. Has run out of a charge only wants but then again it was wrapped up in a cord under a bed. I got this one because it said I had a larger capacity bin but it seems like it gets full way too quick. Overall happy with it
