We bought the 980 after buying the 960 which we had used for a week. Our house is divided in two sections for HVAC so we use them 980 in the larger section. The extended battery helpsvv

Bought this as a gift for my wife and she has used it numerous times. Makes straight lines and easy to use with the app. Only complaint is battery life which is to be expected!!!!!

I am not saying this is for everyone but I have a bad shoulder and vacuuming everything was to much ! I love it . Only thing is if you physically put the vacuum somewhere I wished it had something in it to figure out how to go home on it’s own !

I don’t know why it took me so long to buy one of these... I’m so in love with it... Does an amazing job on my floors...

Great product for our home - my wife probably vacuumed our lower level floor at least 2x a day so this has basically eliminated the need for that and given her more time which is great because she already does so much. We like the carpet boost feature on this model as it is visible how deeply it cleans the carpeted areas. Only a few times has it stopped on things we have left in the floor by mistake. We also have 4 small dogs and they are not overly concerned with the vacuum (sound or otherwise). Quiet compared to normal vacuums - can still watch TV in a room where it is working by just turning up a few notches. Enjoying it so far.

So glad I bought this vacuum for my wife. Easy to setup and can be controlled with her phone. She loves it and the house is much cleaner. Should have bought one of these earlier!

Love our Roomba! Having an inside dog that sheds a lot has become less of an issue now that we can simply program the Roomba and let it do the work. Still have to do more detailed cleaning but this certainly helps with some of the day to day vacuuming.

I bought it as a gift and have yet to use it. Not sure if we will keep it.

The roomba is a fun way to clean. It gets the job done well. Our grandchilcdrten love watching the show. The only drawback is emptying the bin and the small dust bin that must be emptied often...but that must be what is expected on a compact model.

I love this robot vacuum cleaner. I'm a single parent and don't have time to always vacuum my floors at home. I have a 4 bedroom home and things get messy in every room. The only thing I do not like is that the robot some timesort get stuck under my furniture.

Love how my floors stay clean. I am amazed at the way it cleans. I do very little vacuuming on my own, under recliners, behind doors I have left open. I will always have one!

Love love it. Debated for awhile then decided to try it. We have dogs and the hair is everywhere. This thing works great. I don’t have to do my daily sweeping

We have an open floor plan in our home consisting of hardwood and carpet. It transitions very well between them both and have the straightest lines on the carpet when it's done.

I love this thing it's pretty amazing the dirt it finds that I don't see or notice.

This model cleans hardwood, tile and carpet well. Best attribute is cleaning under furniture. Currently the app isn't working because i can not connect to the irobot server. Hopefully, this will be fixed in an update. Then it would be 5 stars.

This is our second Roomba. The first one we bought was in 2005 and was refurbished. Unfortunately, it didn’t last too long so with this new one, we also purchased the extended warranty. I liked the convenience of it so I decided to give them another shot since it’s been so long—technology certainly gets better! We’re impressed with our Roomba. The app is easy to use and it’s pretty cool that it shows you a map of the clean floor. We set it to clean when we leave the house and get text alerts when she’s done and back to home base. We’re still in the honeymoon phase and have only had her a month.

this cleaning robot has eliminated the pet hair and dandruff from our kitchen and hall with ease and finesse! Great job! Now looking forward to purchasing the other great robots!

This iRobot works great. Much better than previous generations. It cleans deep into carpets and creates beautiful "lines". Excellent product!
