Just hit clean and watch the dirt go away you do have to pick up a few things but its worth it.

It does a pretty good job. Has a tough time getting the corners. And it seems to go over the same area repeatedly while ignoring other parts of the room. But, hey, it’s better than me pushing the vacuum.

My husband kept suggesting we buy this, now I don’t why I resisted. I love the clean floors and no more tired back muscles.

Goes to different floor surfaces, under beds, sofas,etc. love being able to control from my cell phone

This is my second Roomba....I have one downstairs and this one was for my upstairs area. Don't know how I survived without them.

It vacuums the house better than I do. I only had one snag and it was partly my fault for not securing some power cords a little better.

After checking with several friends that have the Roomba and love it and reading through online reviews I decided to get one. So happy I did!

The unit works well but if you have it set to the max power all the time the battery runs out before a large living room can be completed. It docks and recharges but it extends the time it takes overall.

This little bot vac is brilliant. It does such an amazing job of picking up dust and dirt that I cannot even see. I love it!!!!!

This is our second one and have found them to be a great value, we have one upstairs and one downstairs on wood floors.

Worked great right out of the box. It was easy to set-up and link to my phone. It does a fantastic job and I am very pleased with it.

I really like it, however it does not work for 90 min before the battery stops it goes about 45 min. And it does not automatically go back to its base as I thought it was supposed to do

Cleaning function works very well, self trash disposal ability is amazing. It saves a lot of hustle and time.

At first I was a little skeptical even with the great reviews but this is a great little vacuum. It has exceeded my expectations. Before I set it up, I used my Dyson DC14 Animal to get up any excess dirt and dust. Even after vacuuming with the Dyson, the Roumba 980 was still able to pick up additional dust. Although the container is small, it is large enough to vac my 1200 square foot home without needing to empty but I would strongly suggest vacuuming with your current vac first especially if it has been a week or so since you vac'd because it will fill up quite quickly because of the power and suction ability. If you are on the fence and have the funds to purchase it, do it because you will not regret it. It will take about 4 to 6 vacuuming for it the learn the layout of your home. I have mine set for vacuuming twice a week and now it works flawlessly. I am about to purchase a second one for my finished lower level. That is how pleased I am with the vacuum. If there is enough clearance under your bed or furniture, the Roumba will go there as well. It works great in going under the bed to get the dreadful hard to reach areas. If you have a larger home do not worry. The Roumba knows when it is low on charge and will go home to charge and then resume where it left off. Tips: -Make sure there are no loose items laying around as it will get sucked into the brush and stop vacuuming. Treat the Roumba like you would any other vacuum. Example: on vacuuming days, I get all loose items and dog pillows off the carpet to allow it to hit every where. -Check the clearances of any furniture that you would like the Roumba to hit. Shim as needed. -Make sure to set the home base in an open area that is 4 feet away from any objects. Failure to do this will prevent the Roumba from going home to charge. -Do not stop and lift the Roumba into another area because it will lose track of where it is and will not be able to go home.

This is a great vacuum for pet owners. We have 2 long haired cats, so I schedule the Roomba to run twice a day. It does an excellent job of picking up hair and litter on our hard wood floors.
