I miss you!

But you had to be returned. 8 out of 19 jobs, it got stuck in the middle of a hardwood floor. No objects in sight, bin not full, and usually within 10-15 minutes of starting. Call customer service, and they had no explanation. If stuck, pickup, put down, and hit start. Would finish the job each time. Maybe I picked a faulty machine, maybe not, but I wasn't about to take a $950 gamble!

Just not for me

We purchased it, brought it home and set it up.......it just isn't for me! I didn't feel like it cleaned as good as it should and I felt that it repeated the pattern too often! Seemed to be "stuck" more than it cleaned so I returned it! Wish it would have worked and maybe for some it will be great - just not for me!

No black flooring.

Top quality but had to return

The major problem is is sensors think black lines in carpets are the edge of stairs and it will not go past. I had to return as I have modern area rugs throughout my house with black stripes. If you don't have stripes or black in your rug I would recommend this.
