    The product is not efficient. Get stuck everywhere and I have to configure every-time i want to use. After couple of month its not even letting me re configure

    I purchased a roomba vacuum Order #BBY01-807054904269. I don’t get to know how to operate it. I have read the manual but I need help. I went to the Martinsburg, WV the Commons and he told me they don’t do any service or help for the sales of vacuum. Pls help or can I return it. Thanks

    Bought this thinking it was going to deliver but it was highly disappointing. The vacuum is ok as far as the mop. it's completely trash. I've tested it twice on my tile and it kept getting stuck since it's requesting for the sensor to be clean. The mop is not mopping for the lack of better term.

    Hello everyone, so this review is for the i5 series robot Roomba. Super awesome little machine. Setting it up was easy. Just follow the instructions included and when you download the app, keep following the directions.The app is very user friendly and setting up was simple. Once setup you can brows through the various settings to familiarize yourself with all the features. Let's talk about them now. Like I said, it is very simple and the app has many tips and extra information to tell you about the settings. You get to name the robot during setup. I started off with having the robot vacuum make a map of my house to memorize its cleaning areas. It can take awhile if you have a larger home and with many obstacles. my house is about 2400 sq ft total but we closed the doors to the bedrooms and just had it focus on the other rooms in the house so it was about 1200 ft total. It took about 4 hours to complete mapping the areas. Once the areas are mapped out you, it automatically separate the rooms for you; i.e. dining, kitchen, living room but you have to manually assign the names of each room. Once your house is mapped out you can either clean the entire house or select individual rooms. You can also set the days and times you want the robot to vacuum your home. I choose Mondays and Fridays at 9am. The charge of the robot does last about 3.5 to 4 hours and once it has low battery, it'll return to its docking station, recharge and then go out and resume vacuuming until it has finished vacuuming the assigned areas. You will also get notifications sent to you phone if it has gotten stuck or when it bin requires to be emptied. You will have to pick up loose stringy items as it has revolving little sweepers. We have cats and one of their stringy toys was left on the ground and it got tangled within the sweepers and bent it a little. Luckily there are 3 revolving sweepers. There was one mishap where it didn't dock correctly and wasn't able to charge so it missed one of my assigned times to vacuum but other than that it has worked great. It was an easy fix to resit the robot on the docking station to allow it to charge fully and then it was ready to go again. This does save me a lot of time from cleaning a larger home. The mopping part does work rather well. I have used it in my kitchen but it doesn't get under cabinets because it cannot fit so sweeping and mopping under cabinets and in tighter spaces has to be done manually.

    Retention clip on dust bin broke after second use due to poor design. Submitted claim with iRobot, want me to jump through hoops for a new dust bin. Not asking for anything crazy just a dust bin that doesn’t fall open.

    Bought the I robot in April 2024. What a lemon I got, worked great for the first couple of months then I started receiving a lot of messaging errors. Changed filters etc nothing worked hopefully I win the 400.00 gift card so I can get another one that works because I have had good luck with these before but this one sucks

    Worst experience EVER! I purchased my robot roughly 1 month ago and since last night I keep on getting 4 errors on the app: c610, c660, c510 and c210. I've tried EVERYTHING, from rebooting the robot, my modem, my phone, installing and uninstalling the app and nothing seems to work... Called customer service and they have no clue onto how to solve this issue. Im pretty frustrated, robot is expensive and had the impresion that an expensive robot equals exeptional function, I was so wrong

    The suction is not adequate to do a good job, the basin that holds dirt is not designed well as it clogged within the first few uses, and it was being emptied once or twice per use. It gets stuck on thresholds, and gets lost. Way too much trouble. Not a time saver.

    Stopped working after a week. Called iRobot to which they promised to send a replacement robot as soon as available. Almost 6 months since I bought this unit and haven't received a replacement unit. Nothing against Best Buy but beware of iRobot Customer Service

    This was a waste of time and money. Kept getting an error message about the bin not being properly inserted. After an hour, I could not fix it. It was an open box buy though.

    Getting stuck everywhere cleans one spot for 10 mins. Have to manually move it to a new spot. I just want to return it but cant cause ghe 14 day period ended 2 days ago.

    The worst Vaccum Ever didn't even work for couple of days, Complained to iRobot Vaccum and BestBuy no one helped in resolving they said buy a new one.
