This vacuum is by far the most disappointing of all the purchases I've ever made. I bought it in late January 2024. It worked fine for about 3 weeks, and since then, it has barely functioned once a week. It has constant error messages (the dreaded Error 26). Despite trying everything online for troubleshooting, nothing works. In the time I've spent trying to get this to work I could have just vacuumed my house manually and saved $550.
