Right out of the box it took me an extended period just to get it running. I bought this unit yesterday and I can’t wait to take it back! Not only did it take an hour 1/2 trying to map my house, which it never completed, but the sweeping brush is not working, and the app is very poor and no help. I got up this morning and tried it again still for the amount of money. There’s no way I can keep this. Please do not waste your time with this product. I’m sorry, but when I purchase something I would like for it to work as advertised at least when it comes out of the box for the first time. There’s a reason this thing has been on sale for so long.

Doesn’t pick up anything while sweeping. The mop needs filled every 10 minutes. It needs babysat. Tried to contact iRobot and they don’t even offer a warranty

The mop portion did nothing for me but with a toddler and a dog I do appreciate the vacuum!

Never buy open box again

I have bought several items this way and have always been pleased. I was having new floors installed and wanted to use this to keep up with them and this gave me a saving, excellent condition, you can't beat that! Until I set it up. It was not in excellent condition. It wouldn't charge and then when it would take even a little charge it kept getting stuck. When I turned it over it was missing a wheel. I went online to return it and I was having trouble returning it so I called. I was told I was a week out from the 15 day return policy. Go into a store and they could take it back. I did and was told the same thing. This falsely advertised in excellent condition, 15 days or not (which I also think is ridiculous if you have a receipt) This was not in excellent condition. It didn't say good, it didn't say fair it said excellent condition. This item was missing a wheel and won't charge. Now I am left to talk to Roomba. Best Buy basically stole $300 from me! Paying off my card and am done with them now. No customer service and out $300
