It def doesn't vacuum or mop like the regular products... It misses spots, and it shows you on it's own map what it Misses... Why not just do a full job? I would return if it wasn't past my 30 days honestly.

I use it on my tile floors and it does an okay job. It doesn't always pick everything up while vacuuming and the mop tends to leave streaks. Not sure if it's the new cleaning solution I'm using for the mop feature.

Initial scan took some time but it was worth the wait after setup completion.

This iRobot is a step up from my older one that went out on me. I like that it self empties into a bin. The old one did not and it was a hastle to empty it out after each use.

Seems a lot of inconsistencies in following the mappings, often gets stuck and needs rebooting.

The app/system often gets confused which mode it’s in (vacuum or mop) - either if you only use the vacuum! The mop portion did nothing for me but with a toddler and a dog I do appreciate the vacuum!

Best Buy advertised this as open box excellent condition. I have bought several items this way and have always been pleased. I was having new floors installed and wanted to use this to keep up with them and this gave me a saving, excellent condition, you can't beat that! Until I set it up. It was not in excellent condition. It wouldn't charge and then when it would take even a little charge it kept getting stuck. When I turned it over it was missing a wheel. I went online to return it and I was having trouble returning it so I called. I was told I was a week out from the 15 day return policy. Go into a store and they could take it back. I did and was told the same thing. This falsely advertised in excellent condition, 15 days or not (which I also think is ridiculous if you have a receipt) This was not in excellent condition. It didn't say good, it didn't say fair it said excellent condition. This item was missing a wheel and won't charge. Now I am left to talk to Roomba. Best Buy basically stole $300 from me! Paying off my card and am done with them now. No customer service and out $300
