It worked beautifully for a month and now it only recharges 30% of the time on its own.this is my second Roomba and I loved the original. I was just wanting a second one of my basement.

Go in to GeekSquad to have it serviced since it's under manufacturer warranty. If Best Buy ships it I have to pay $60+ or they want me to sign up for their ridiculous "rewards" program for an additional $50 more so they can just do an in-house exchange. This piece of equipment was almost $400 on sale and $600 regular price, and you want an ADDITIONAL $50 so you can exchange it in store?!? What a SCAM. Going to be disputing this with my credit card now.
