It does it's job on cleaning. But it takes awhile for it to figure out the landscape of the area being cleaned and makes the cleaning experience longer than what it should be for a human doing it. Also, the iRobot got confused and cannot figure out how to return to the board. Thus sending a message for help to the person in charge of the app. Needs more improvements as an AI cleaning agent.

Works really well but has some trouble with one of our area rugs. App works great too!

Still have not figured out all of the features of the machine. Very quiet wile cleaning, but loud when emptying. Only takes a few seconds to empty though.

Great suction and maps are very accurate. I would buy again.

Easy to set up and easy to maintain i have it set up to start vacuuming every day when I’m gone so I come back to a clean house

It works well within its limitations, you have to understand that it is a machine, personally I am very demanding with cleaning, but where there are many objects inside the house it has to be done manually, I like it, it goes up the carpets without problems, it collects dust and fluff, it is helpful especially when you are very busy, I recommend it.

Works great, honestly vacuums better than I could have expected. A little difficult figuring out setup.

This was an upgrade from an older 960 model. It is so much quieter and gets und the table + chairs so much better. The self emptying is a major plus. Also the ability to map the house to pick and choose rooms rocks. Have not used the mopping feature. I would recommend to anyone looking for a roomba to get this model.

Awesome purchase and can’t believe I waited so long! Runs while I’m asleep and I wake up to a clean house! Setup was easy with clear instructions. The app is also incredibly user friendly. Highly recommend.

I love my Roomba AKA Ruby. She does a great job at keeping the floors clean.

This is a little ninga you never knew you needed! Cleanes while you are gone, sleeping, or when ever you tell it to. Easy to use, control from your phone. Vaccume or mop. Always have a clean floor!

I think its good to have for small jobs. I also think it needs upgrading. If you are some who does not like to sweep and mop, this could be helpful, but for a real clean, you will have to do it yourself.

This vacuum works wonders in our home. We have a dog and run it automatically every morning and don’t have to worry about the floors.

We are very happy with our Roomba. We set it to vacuum 3 times a week and it does an excellent job. The mopping function is simple to set up. I wish the users manual was more detailed but by watching a couple of YouTube videos we were able to get it working exactly how we wanted.

We love our iRobot Roomba Combo i5+ Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum & Mop. It works great! So glad we got one. We like being able to schedule when it runs.

We named the vacuum roomie and she is awesome! I just wish I would remember to pick up the kitchen rug before I leave cause she always try’s to suck up the little tassel edges of the rug! Other then that I couldn’t be happier
