So far so good. Seems to have a pretty strong suction… I haven’t used the mopping component yet, but I’m very pleased with the vacuum.

It has been really helpful to use, saves me a lot of times and doesn’t do a lot of noise. Keeps the floor really clean, both carpet and wooden floor.

The Roomba Combo j5 does a good job cleaning and is fun to watch it in action. It got stuck a couple of times under my recliner and occasionally re-cleaned the same spots, but both were easy fixes. It sometimes misses the charging dock & fails to charge (needed manual intervention). I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet but plan to after a few more runs.

A ok machine it does what it supposed to do but could be much better for the price.

iRobot is the best robot vacuum you can buy right now. It beat out all the others in mapping, creating virtual boundaries and detecting and avoiding obstacles, which means it’s the best “set it and forget it” smart robot vacuum — and it even empties itself. More importantly, it picks up dust and debris and cat litter from hardwood floors and low-pile carpeting better than the others we tested.

We moved to a house which is hard floor and a little carpet area, First of all, I’m impressed with the mapping and the way it displays your home map perfectly as it is, and let me select and create favorites, was able to select no mop mode with no difficulty at all, app is so easy to use and it did a great job picking up all the invisible dust and hair, mopping works great, worth a buy. I was using different ones but I wish I should have used iRobot all the time.

I am really impressed with my robo vacuum and mop it has great suction power and really easy too set up, there is one thing i wish came with it and that is a remote.

I had so much hope for this vacuum. Our main floor is all tile with limited obstacles obstacles that most houses would have breakfast area, dining area, kitchen foyer after two days of use the wall brush on the unit completely broke. It does not avoid obstacles very well and continually got stuck under my kitchen table, it would vacuum the same area over and over again. Maybe it was my error so I kept the vacuum learned the The app created room dividers, but I had to make sure that every one of my dining room chairs were off the floor obstacles were put away and it seemingly did an OK job even with the broken wall brushes. However It now has trouble navigating back to its Homebase and and I consistently get an error that it needs to reboot in the middle of the night while cleaning. Also that there’s not enough light for the vacuum which why would I wanna have a light on all night long for the vacuum? Maybe I need to go for the upgraded model, but very disappointed as our home should have been almost a model home for a vacuum such as this try to see if Best Buy will take it back after one month of use and possibly upgrade to a different model or different brand .

This is the best I robot I have ever used, it’s nice that it will vacuum and mop and can be controlled from your phone. There are much better ones out there, but they are double the price.

Wow!! Works awesome. The fact that you can activate it from any where, and maps your house . Only negative is it takes a minute to find it’s parking location.

When I first purchased this vacuum it was very LOUD and I couldn't figure out why. I contacted Roomba but I didn't receive a return response for about a week. I grew tired of waiting and examined the robot myself. The side sweeper brush wasn't working (straight out of the box) and I returned it to the store. It was only AFTER I returned it that I got a response from Roomba. Hoping that it was a one-time thing, I got a new one at the store and while it was quieter, within a week the side sweeper brush broke AGAIN. Once again I didn't receive a response from Roomba until after I returned the robot. Furthermore, its detection of walls and obstacles is poor and often woke up everyone in the night trying to get into their room despite instructions in the app not to enter that area. Add to that the fact that the "mop" is just a wet pad that's swept over the floor (no scrubbing) and it's just not worth the hassle. Would NOT recommend.

Is very good It saves me time in my day at home . I can study while she cleans or just schedule a vacuum before I get home.

excellent product! vacuums very well, long-lasting battery and easy replacement of parts when needed.

The Vacuming power and app is great. The mop is not very useful since once the floor is wet it just struggles to move in the slippery tiles.

Does a great job sweeping. An ok job mopping. and a great job vacuuming.

Don’t like a few things: Doesn’t vacuum well, Only has one brush, not user friendly when setting on app., Doesn’t map the entire floor, brush gets stuck
