I've had nothing but trouble with my robot. It doesn't empty properly, leave a mess at the base. I've had it replaced once already because the mopping arm would not work. Now it stays on it's home base 99% of the time with an error of somesort. Not happy with this.

Awesome purchase does a great job, don’t know how I did so long without it. Only thing I notice is sometimes there are some connection issues - but that could be my WiFi

When it works , this thing is awesome, it’s my 3rd irobot product and they are very cool. My wife absolutely loves them. Here’s the rub, they will inevitably break down, so if you buy one and it breaks down during ghe first tear, you are good to go, but if its after 1 year, you are out of luck UNLESS you buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. All 3 of my products ended up breaking down and needed replacement. If my wife wasn’t totally dependent on this thing I would just walk away. The J7+ combo system is very cool, but today it broke down after 14 months of using it 3 times a week. Luckily. I have the extended warranty because irobot wanted $250 to repair. Crazy that a $1000 vacuum is so undependable.

I love this thing All I ever have to is mop time to time.

Love this vacuum, we are able to just do a section that gets the most wear. We have two dogs that shed like crazy, and sometimes it does get clogged but it is rare. I will say we do sometimes have to do an over all vacuum if we haven’t ran the iRobot in a while.

Helps my disabled mom a lot. She has dogs but we haven’t tried the poop feature, but other than that we’ve been happy with it.

The Roomba J7 vacuum and mop combo has been a great purchase. We love it, and recommend its purchase. It does a great job

My mom didn't want one until I bought it for her. The first few days she'd sweep ahead of the Roomba, but now she lets the little robot do its job. She calls it her little helper.

The first unit had to be returned for a replacement after speaking with customer service within a week of starting to use it. Kept displaying an error code. The second one seems to work okay so far. Was nice that the mapping of the house transferred automatically to the second unit. (Our daughter had the exact same issue when she first got her Roomba … had to be returned for a second unit. They seem to get it right the second time!)

I would not recoment this for anyone to use on hardwood floor. Makes noise. But it is good on carpet I seen it workign on one of the carpet on which most of the other robot did not work. Wipe attached came off just after my return windows was ended :-(

Excellent! This model has a stronger, quitter motor. The battery lasts longer as well, so more area gets cleaned. This is our third, and by far the best!

really like this robot and I come home all clean, I recommend it, it vacuums and mops.

Easy set up and does a great job cleaning the floor. The house keepers come every two weeks and enjoy have the floors ready to mop.

Started out going straight in to a wall and kept hitting the wall until we picked it up and turned it around. My son had to reprogram the map system for it to work right.

After back surgery I was unable to do the daily vacuuming. Now with the rumba we no longer have a dog hair problem and the floors are always taken care of automatically. The scheduling of the rumba is easy to set up and it’s set it and forget it.

Best investment! Works great on tile floor and carpet will not go over any pet messes super high smart intelligence.

Only works about half the time. Have to keep doing a reset often to make it work

Gets the job done well. It bumps into things a lot but it always cleans up nice and doesn’t consume much power. Lots of options too besides vacuuming!

My roomba constantly needs mop solution and the dirt seems to get stuck before it ever gets in the dirt cassette. I literslly have to difg out the dirt. It always appears confused.

Compared to other lower priced models, there's no much difference. Wouldnt pay the extra
