My husband and I are professionals. The house we are in is mostly hardwood and tile, except for the bedrooms. It is nice that the Roomba takes care of the floors for us - removing the worry from us! Also, it is cheaper than hiring maid service!

Decent vacuum, horrendous mop

The mop barely gets wet even on the highest water level setting and there isn't enough pressure on the mop to actually clean anything. I should have just gone with a vacuum without the mop function.

So terribly bad

The virtual walls don‘t walk anymore, it crashes brutally into things. The mapping works ok‘ish. However, whenever i ask to clean a room it doesn‘t even go through a third of it. This is one of the worst products i have used in years. I am now back using my old 960.
