Decent vacuum, horrendous mop

The mop barely gets wet even on the highest water level setting and there isn't enough pressure on the mop to actually clean anything. I should have just gone with a vacuum without the mop function.

Best Buy took my product, and sent me a replacement. Only to send me an incorrect product. At first Best Buy promised me a refund, but they never delivered on their promise, and in the end I ended up with no product that I dropped off for return, no replacement, and no refund. So much more can be said about the terrible experience I have had with this company. Take my advice as a decade long customer - Stay away, you can get deals elsewhere without the risk of being robbed.

So terribly bad

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a irobot 960 which was 5 out of 5. i wanted to upgrade to something with mobbing capability and better recognitiony this product is so incredibly terrible. The virtual walls don‘t walk anymore, it crashes brutally into things. The mapping works ok‘ish. However, whenever i ask to clean a room it doesn‘t even go through a third of it. This is one of the worst products i have used in years. I am now back using my old 960.
