I had another iRobot that I was replacing from over five years ago. I think the older one had better software than this thing. I returned it and got a RockBot which we are very happy with.

Get the Warranty!

It stopped charging randomly and would leave the dock and not know how to get back and would die in the middle of the apartment. It did really well vacuuming and moping our 2br 2bath apartment, but $1000 for a robot that lasts a month is kind of ridiculous. Do not purchase without a warranty. Ours could’ve been a one-off, but I wouldn’t risk buying another.

Carpet cleaning is not at all perfect. High maintenance. App does not work after so many customer service tickets. Floor cleaning is better. Mopping is also ok but still stains left.

Coincidentally happened to change my Wi-Fi after setting this up. And when I try to connect it to my new wifi completely messed everything up and did not work anymore. Customer service sent me a new machine which doesn't seem to mop as well so maybe it's me but I'm not as happy as I thought I Would be

It does not avoid dog accidents as stated and is a mess to clean. If you don't find the accidents first, it will do I am taking mine off schedule.
