So efficient and does a great job. Quiet compared to regular vacuum.

For such an expensive until, it really does a poor job on both vacuuming and mopping. There are better units out there by other companies for less. Do your research and get something good.

It gets lost and we find it dead in parts of the house. It also gets stuck on or around furniture.

I recently purchased this robot vacuum in hopes it would efficiently keep my home clean, but unfortunately it has not lived up to expectations. While the vacuum has a slick, futuristic look and seems well-built, its actual cleaning performance has been disappointing. The vacuum does do a good job picking up dirt, dust and debris on hard floors like my laminate and wood floors. It seems to have strong enough suction for hard surfaces. However, it struggled cleaning my carpeted areas, especially where my dog tends to shed. The vacuum could not pick up all of his hair on the carpets. Another issue I ran into is that the vacuum will often go over the same area multiple times before covering my entire floor. It seems to lack smart mapping to know where it has already cleaned. The vacuum will just randomly re-clean spots it already hit instead of efficiently covering my whole floor. Given the high price tag, I expected reliable, thorough cleaning over my entire home. But the limitations on carpet and lack of methodical cleaning patterns make this model not worth the money in my opinion. It might work reasonably well for smaller spaces that are all hard floors, but for whole home cleaning with carpet, it falls short. I would only recommend this vacuum for limited hard floor usage, not for homes with carpet or shedding pets. For the price, it simply does not deliver on convenient, comprehensive cleaning. I will be looking for a more capable model that can handle all floor types efficiently.

Hate this model. I have had other iRobots and loved them. This one won’t map and I have asked for help and no answer. It gets stuck in the same spot or it just stops in the middle of the floor.

Bought this about 45 days ago. iRobot Worked few days and then bin stopped collecting the dirt. Followed all troubleshooting guide and bin still doesn’t collect dirt at all. What’s the point of bin if I have to keep clearing the dirt manually myself. Extremely annoyed with iRobots performance.

I bought an excellent open box item which arrived on August 31st with missing dust bin, filter and user quick guide. Also as it was registered and the application didnot let me reset it to factory settings. So the call center kindly schedules a service at the closest store on September 3rd and the store told me they cannot provide any missing item (a kind reminder, it was an excellent open box), and suggested me to return and order another one. As I did that at the store, it turned out that labor days saying has expired, the product price went sky up and there is nothing they can do. I am very disappointed to trust Bestbuy for not doing its best to do the right thing and replaced this similar or better product - without any cost implications.

It works very well. I like how if it gets caught under chair rail it raises itself to get out. The mopping function is a little sketchy, but I have an L shaped condo. I really love how ot takes pictures of obstacles and allows you to set whethr they are permanent or not.

Love it ,absolutely love it! It vacuums and washes also has cameras to check for obstructions and you can correct it later in the app !! An awesome invention that I use every day -we have 2 pooches and i adore when floors are cleaned and washed :)

Did a poor job mopping and had a hard time with mapping house.

I was under the impression that it would prevent from bumping into things but is not. Sometimes, it takes a long path to return to home and the cleaning solution goes fast.

I had a J3. Hands down this one is superior. Quieter. Larger trash bin. The camera makes for no cords stuck in the wheels ! Awesome purchase ( havent tried the mop yet)

It gets stuck way too much since the beginning. The whole pad cleaning is annoying because I have to constantly clean it the day of. Otherwise it stinks. It often can’t empty it’s bin and it struggles going up the ramp. It has good suction and the base it’s great but it was more maintenance than what I wanted.

Machine is having hardware issues. It does not clean well and machine is always breaking down.

The worst purchase I've ever made. The robot arrived broken. I don't recommend anyone buy this type of equipment with an open box. It's better to buy a brand new one. They promise you something that isn't really true.

I love this thing. I had a generic no name one before that just couldn’t do anything about the Husky hair in my house (we have 3 huskies). This thing gets all of the hair no problem. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet but I’m excited to try!

Very satisfied! So far the product works well. I have a lab and Rottweiler and it seems to handle the pethair and dirt/dust well.,Haven't tried the mop yet.

The cleaning is not that good. Im using it twice a day and is not clean

It didn't accomplish my expectations at all. I return it after two weeks trying it to vacuum and mop properly. I always found some garbage after vacuum and the mop leaves prints over the florr.
