Very satisfied! So far the product works well. I have a lab and Rottweiler and it seems to handle the pethair and dirt/dust well.,Haven't tried the mop yet.

Machine is having hardware issues. It does not clean well and machine is always breaking down.

I have a dog that has terrier like coat. I love my iRobot-room a it really does the job of clean all the dog hair. Sometimes I run it twice a day. I haven’t tried the mop yet.

I had great customer service while purchasing my Roomba. It does everything that I expected to do and more. This has been one of the best purchases I have made.

My laminate floors look great, as long as the robot knows to clean them. The liquid floor cleaner leaves a nice shine with no streaks, odors, or stickiness. When mopping is complete, the robot pulls up the mop pad and starts vacuuming the carpet. I purposely felt the carpet the robot ran over right after it finished mopping and I did not feel any moisture. However they figured this out, they did it well. The vacuum function works pretty well. Both my carpets and laminate floors are vacuumed decently, except the robot somehow dug up some lint from a crevice and smeared it along a path on the living room carpet. Object recognition works pretty well. The robot senses cords and various other objects. At the end of the cleaning cycle, it asks in the app if each object is permanent or temporary. Then it updates the map accordingly. For whatever reason, it does not do well with doorstops. I guess they are too small for object recognition so it repeatedly bangs into them until it works its way around them. The same thing goes for the vertical blinds on my sliding glass door. I fear that the robot is going to get something stuck in one of the crevices and either damage the robot, a doorstop, or the blinds. There are a few errors in the map that have yet to be worked out. For some reason, the robot blocked out one section of a hallway as if it does not exist. The app does not allow a person to customize the floor plan. I am able to divide rooms, and set no-go, no mop, and extra clean zones. However, I am not allowed to expand rooms or move walls. Even if I create an extra clean zone running outside the existing map, the robot stops at the invisible boundary. A video online suggested playing footsies with the robot to force it into new territory. They say they were told to do this by customer service. I will try it eventually when I have more time and battery power. One great improvement compared to my previous robot vacuum is that this one got stuck one time total and that was on a mapping run when object recognition is purposely turned off. It has not gotten stuck at all after running through three different full cleaning runs. It even works its way around the legs of my dining room chairs and works its way back out. That was an impossible feat for my previous robot. Because of the mapping, the robot easily finds the base, even when I tell it to go home from a distant room. Speaking of which, the voice assistant integration is working perfectly. I love how I can tell the robot to clean everything or specific rooms. When I tell it to clean a distant room, it instantly wakes up and proceeds directly to the room. As soon as I can get the map updated, I will be really happy. When it comes to noise levels, the mop and vacuum functions are easily heard, but they are not obnoxiously loud. However, be ready for the jet engine to start up when the robot empties its bin into the base. That part is loud! The first time I heard it, I went running to the room thinking something was wrong. Do not be in the middle of some delicate process when you know the robot is headed home. If they are not expecting it, the average person is going to at least flinch, if not jump, when the bin empties. In the end, I am satisfied with the overall performance, based on the fact that this is a very complex product to design. Everything I have a problem with is software related, which can easily be updated when the manufacturer figures out how to fix the problems. I am hopeful that this will be an amazing product and deserve a 5th star in a few months, once they have enough real-world data compiled to figure out the best way to fix the bugs.

Got this for my wife who had just given birth. Helps tremendously around the house. The spinning sweeper broke rather quickly but cost for replacement is pretty low.

If i couldve given if a zero i would. This is only the first month I’ve had it and it already is broken. I was trying to turn it off because the liquid was finished. I tried turnjng it off then it started to flash red. After that it woukd just gi becak to its home and the app wouldnt connect to it. I wish i have never if gotten it.

I love this product. It has improved the quality of my life. Back doesn't hurt anymore and when my husband spills food while watching TV it is no problem.

The only robo vacuum I’ve had issues with. The robot needed to be replaced twice

This machine runs very smoothly and suctions very cleanly, without noise. I really like this type.

I really like the new design. The only problem is the tank is rather small. Also removing the tank is a little awkward because it's underneath the machine.

I have owned an IRobot Roomba previously. I am not impressed with this one so far. Having a lot of issues with returning to the base. It also leaves a lot behind and does not pick up the dog hair and just general dirt like my first one did. It leaves streaks when mopping. I hope that with more use I can figure out its quirks because the return time was too short.

Did not expect it to be this good at picking up dust and dog hair.Helps with the keep up and gives me a break.

Its ok. Not worth the price. Gets stuck all the time. Doesn't go over area rugs. Always loses connection.

Product works great. The app has so many great uses for adapting the vacuum activity to your home.

This vacuum doesn’t seem to clean as well as others we have had. It tries hard.stops and starts whenever. Operator error?

I love my x mas gift so much! It did the job that its supposed to do. I have two dogs and the hair always around ! I just send out my I robot and when it finishes my floor is clean

Hate this model. I have had other iRobots and loved them. This one won’t map and I have asked for help and no answer. It gets stuck in the same spot or it just stops in the middle of the floor.

The vacuum functionality works fairly well even if the mapping and pathing can be wonky. However, the liquid dispersal for the mopping pad is streaky and doesn't do any real scrubbing.
