Have to turn it over and work on it and clean it almost each time. Regular vacuum is simpler. This is for an a apartment that is not much in use and clear of Things. Or office with light traffic.

I don't recommend anyone buy this type of equipment with an open box. It's better to buy a brand new one. They promise you something that isn't really true.

Trying to get help from technicians was a pain. Refused to replace the vacuum and had me replace one part at a time as they played a guessing game on what was wrong.
