Great little robot that gets the job done. Very easy to use and it does a fantastic job.

Its been a while since my purchase so far picks up dirt very well the only problem is its direction. It’s a little headache when constantly staying one are and especially under the furniture other than that due recommend if have pets

My parents love the e5 I got for them as it has been helping out greatly with floor cleaning! My dad even named it in the app and everything. Easy to operate from the app and manually, if needed. My parents are not very tech savvy but they are able to command their e5 with ease and it has been doing a great job! May even buy the higher class versions since I’ve had a great experience with this one.

I decided to come into best buy and get this Roomba because I got tired of sweeping the floors every day and vacuuming weekly. Needless to say all I have to do is run my Roomba and the kitchen and living room is completely clean. It also picks up so much I was surprised to see how well it cleaned. Looking forward to upgrading to a more advanced model in the future. For everyone looking for a good first robot vacuum purchase I highly reccomend

With 3 cats and a dog we have a lot of hair everyday on the floor so I bought this. I was really surprised at how well this picks up hair and after a few goes went all around the house. Did have a mishap as a cat crapped on the floor one day and the roomba smeared it all around. So the clean out of the roomba was not fun and had me gagging.

Absolutely love my new roomba! I usually sweep at night and in the morning when it runs, I see so much dust in there. This thing has been a life saver to keep my floors clean all day. The brushes do break down with hair, we’re a household of 6 so I always notice it picks up a lot of hair. I just have to make sure and clean the brushes out every night so it doesn’t break them down faster than they should.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Small capacity but helps keep up on the pet hair which is exactly what I wanted!

After almost 2 years of use, this robot began to make circles and it did not do the job well, also the battery no longer lasted more than 45 minutes, I went to Best Buy before the super waranty that I paid ended and they at the time of buying the robot, They say that, if something happens with the product, even if it is accidental, they will change it for you, but no!, the waranty is only for them to repair it and you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks, I will not buy the WARANTY at best buy again

Great purchase well worth it, while the vacuum is still learning my house it works well. Only thing I wish we went with the next model up that will empty itself as every time it cleans I have to empty the container because my wife and daughters hair is everywhere.

It is pretty user friendly with the app. It is really loud though. It would work well in open spaces but if you have a lot of furniture, it seems to get stuck in a lot of spaces. The dust compartment was pretty full. The full charge ran for about 75 minutes.

I was a little skeptical at first, bought it on a Black Friday sake and it’s the best purchase! We have wood floors in the whole house and it’s a lot of work to maintain. With sweeping and dusting daily we still had dust bunnies found everywhere. Roomba Eva has helped us a lot! Run it in the morning and in the evening and the house is clean! Best purchase to keep your floors clean.

Works well, however occasionally when switching from a hard surface to carpet it tends to leave behind a bundle of pet hair. I exchanged for the 960 model which was $200 more but it was well worth the upgrade!

It does an amazing job and gets dirt you would not even realize is there. The only drawback that I can see is that it doesn’t always find its way home. This isn’t a huge problem but you would think that would be one of the easiest actions for the machine.

Great product only thing is it a little on the loud side. But cleans excellent!

Wife wanted one. So pick this up for her and it so cleans everything so good. With two cats and a dog. All that hair was getting tired of having to clean every day. Now a robot can do it

The IRobot actually works. Although I would recommend getting it with the automatic dispense machine. This product is really amazing for quick clean ups on hardwood, area rugs, and be room carpeting. It navigates around everything without leaving scuff or scratch’s. It genuinely works I have two dogs who shed a lot and it picks up more hair than with a traditional vacuum.

I have owned this amazing vacuum for over a year now and I LOVE it! I use the app to schedule cleanings and I can’t tell you how nice it has been to have this vacuum working on cleaning before I even get home. I have birds and their seed often gets all over the place and I hate looking at it on the floor all the time. This vacuum has solved my problem! It runs great. The only thing that wasn’t the best, was vacuuming near my makeup desk, because I have so much hair that ends up on the floor. The hair did get pretty stuck in all the rubber, but I managed to get it out without much hassle. Dark carpets is another thing, it doesn’t register unless it’s a very thin carpet. It thinks it’s a ledge if the carpet is too thick and dark. Other then that, I love it!

The mobile app takes a bit of finesse to configure the Roomba. But after figuring out the robot does not support a 5g broadband connection and moving to a 4g connection things went smoothly. The Roomba gets lost every now and then in smaller rooms but for pet owners this is a must buy.
