The one thing I dont like is the noise level it produces. It seems quite loud for such a little vacuum.

Wow. I have always wanted a robot vacuum and now that we have suitable floors, I finally bought this one. I have had it a few days and I would already buy another one. It is one thing to vacuum by hand every few days or more if you have kids or whatever. Sending this thing out is way more thorough and efficient. I have sent it out three days in a row. The amount of dust and fine material it has collected its remarkable. I will probably be able to move to a few times a week, but the first set of cleanings have been very impressive. Our hardwood floors are glowing.

Miss Cleanbean does a terrific job of cleaning our living space. Had to give her a couple of days to get use to her new home but then she just goes about her duties great.

It works like a charm, which I was not expecting. I put it on the charge and when it was fully charged. I used my iPhone app to start the vacuum. It was amazing. it would do everything in the family room and then went into the dining room and finished there, it headed to the living room which is a sunken room. I watched and thought it would fall off. It did not! It tried in a couple different places and then moved on to the kitchen. It then went down the hall to the bed rooms and den which are carpet, the kitchen is tile and family room and dining room are hard wood. It then went to the charger and parked perfectly. I could not believe it but id did!

We were a bit skeptical but after receiving and using it this Roomba is great. Turn it on and forget it . Like having a personal maid to do the vacuuming for you. Wife loves it !!!

This is my second Roomba and once again I am very satisfied. The Black Friday deal was icing on the cake and I recommend it for everyone.

Always wanted one of these. This one had good reviews online. we use it every day or every other day. it really works good & picks up so much i feel confident my carpets are clean.

The Roomba does a good job of cleaning the carpet. It's nice to sit in the recliner and watch it work.

We have multiple cats and hardwood floors. The roomba does a great job at cleaning up the car fur without scratching our hardwood. It works so well we have one for each floor

Useful for dog hair and general dust or dirt in large open space

My wife really like it. This model its good, but I hope to bought next model, but it is so expensive to me.

We love it - I run it everyday and “he” picks up more dirt than I do sweeping . I was so impressed with mine and the amount of dog hair it finds I bought one for my bestie

This is the 7th Roomba we have had between my parents, my in-laws and myself and this one is pretty functional. This is the first one that we have had that communicates to our phones and I really like that feature! I wish the dirt compartment was larger so we didn't have to empty it almost every day (less if you don't have pets) but the one with the large bin that it dumps the dirt in to is WAY to expensive to warrant its purchase.

It did a fine job of pick it up stuff on the floor but too loud for our taste.

I have arthritis and it is extremely painful to vacuum so I went for the robot. Takes time to get him trained to do all he is suppose to do. I am still working on things after 60 days. He does a fairly good job since I have 2 dogs, it is more difficult. He is a nice solution to my problem.

Got this is a gift for my mother and she loves it. Only down side is that it doesn't do the whole house. she has to move the homing device near the hallway if she wants that done.

This robot vacuum works well. IT is still learning so that makes it a struggle at times

I've had my Roomba e5 since November 2019 but didn't start using it until February 2020, when we moved into a new home. This vacuum just bumps around the house without any real plan. I thought it just needed some time to learn the layout, but it's now April and the thing still never gets the complete floor plan. It also takes at least 30-45 minutes for it to find it's home after hitting the "home" button, and it's docking station has always been in the same spot. I've had issues with it quite a few times already, making noises while running and then not charging while on the docking station. Both times I took the vacuum apart, cleaned it and did some trial and error before getting it working correctly again. The vacuum is still handy - I run it each day and it fills with dirt and dog hair every time (3 dogs). It helps me from having to sweep EVERY day. I do a physical broom sweep only 2-3 times a month now, but for the price, I would expect it to be a little bit more advanced. If I were to do it all over, I think I would try a cheaper robot vacuum or two first (probably a shark) and see how one or two different brands do before purchasing the most expensive vacuum on the market (Roomba).
