Good, but not great with rugs.

It worked great on our new hardwood floors. But had to return due ot the damage it was doing to our rugs just after a few uses.

Set-up was very quick and simple. I was blown away at how well it cleans. We have a cat and this model does a great job picking up all the pet hair and kitty litter. It fits nicely under the kitchen cabinets and even cleans under our sofa and love seat. Totally satisfied with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
