That was not the case, but unfortunately for me the Roomba acquired some nicks and scratches from the edges of my cabinets after one use, so I didn't bother trying to return it as I assumed the cosmetic damage wouldn't be accepted. The device works as expected otherwise, but I can't really set it and forget it in my apartment, as it constantly gets stuck on the carpet in the middle of my living room, which connects all the other rooms.

Not good as the newer model

We run in 3-4 times a week and it works wonders for picking up pet hair. We have a shredder and this cuts down on the severity of a major clean. We still have to do so every week but the Roomba picks up so much! It gets stuck from time to time but we still love it. Needing to move the home base to a new location.

It has poor hit detection at times and will continuously run into items. It also shuts itself off from time to time, randomly.

Roomba e-5 vacuum

It has a lot of suction power. Only problem is it does not always find it’s way back to the charger. I have had it about 1 month and really glad I purchased this product.

It would only been better if the power button was somewhere else as my dog learned how to turn it off with his nose or paw lol. So he won’t let the vaccum go on for too long before he turns it off.

The suction is very strong and I have both cats and dogs and this vacuum takes care of the cat hair and dog hair. It runs for a long time and we have had no problem with this at all. I highly recommend to anyone.
