Overall it’s a decent product. Not very efficient in picking up duty on hardwood. One found myself sweeping behind it several times. I’ve had to redirect it several times because it would leave an area, hit an obstacle and go back to that area. You definitely have to make sure nothing is on the floor that will get stuck in the rollers. The willets shark aren’t very durable in less than a months time they need to be replaced.

Great unit, xmas gift for my son for his house. Not opened yet but I know he will love it.. He wanted a Roomba for a while.

Very satisfied with my new toy. It didn't get caught at the rug fringes. The company let you have higher level of control on the app if you buy more expensive item. But, I'm ok with just simply do my own arrangement.

Good performance but can't get the app to work after moving

The vacuum exceeds expectations. The foam rollers are definitely a great upgrade from the brush roller. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Excellent helper!! Great job sweeping my floor and vacuuming my area rug. I am very happy with this purchase, while the rumba is doing her job I am taking my time to do other things.

I got this to replace other iRobot’s that quit working and so far it gets dog hair off wood floors

Still does the usual Roomba thing of seemingly random movement, and the WiFi connectivity doesn't really add that much value ultimately.

When I unpacked this item, the cover to the dust compartment was not intact and would not stay intact. The compartment is extremely small especially for animal hair. I was unable to get it mapped for my home as it had problems talking to my internet router. Evidently there are some routers that are not compatible with this unit.

Roomba has been working very good in our house. It vacuums the house then returns home when the battery gets low. We set it to vacuum the house when we leave, it's nice coming home to fresh clean carpet.

Using the online system was easy. The price was very good for this item. Shipping was very fast. The item works very well and cleans the floor very good. I would recommend using Best Buy to any one wanting products they sell.

Doesn't work that I expect. After some month to use did not work and clean that they show in the TV.should

Upgraded from one of the original models. Suction power is great and the app makes it easy to program for certain times and days.

Cleans well has good battery life wish the sensors where better as it sometimes crashes into objects

This was my first robot vacuum and I am very impressed with it! It cleans very well on both hard woods and carpet. The "Bag" on it fills up quickly but I don't really mind because that means its doing its job!

Always looked at these and thought they were not worth the money. However, after purchasing one I can’t believe I waited this long to buy one. Easy setup, easy to operate, and prolonged battery life.
