Love having it in the house. Works great with our hardwood floors and our dog. Cleans our rugs better than expected. Keep your filter clean. Check roller to keep it clear and this will last forever.

Picked up most things but skipped over some things. Couldn't get it to cover my entire house

We bought the 650 series years ago and made it a part of our family. After years of abuse it finally stop working. It was probably my fault, because I may have used too much liquid cleaner to sterilize it after it gobbled up some serious dog poop from our puppy. After doing research on newer iRobot machines we settled on the e5. I have extensive knowledge in maintaining and repairing the 650 model(until I reacted to poop mess). Yes, parts do wear out, but easy to replace or modify. The 650, an older model, is far more superior in cleaning power with a much larger dirt bin. The engineering of the newer model makes me believe iRobot cut corners to increase profits. The e5 is constantly clogging because of the smaller dirt bin and smaller “vacuum hole” , the roller(made out of rubber - not bristles like the 650) are cheaply made. I would of returned the e5, unfortunately, the returned time had expired. I am currently hunting down a 650 online to replace the e5. The e5 works, but if you have owned older iRobot models - you’ll know what Im talking about.

The hardest thing about his is remembering to start it after we have left. Does a great job k. The floors though

Decent value for the investment, it definitely helps clean out the house but do not expect to do a full job!

All was delivered as promised and in good condition. My only disappointment was that my daughter say the package which was her Christmas gift. I would have preferred the box were de-identified.

Had some trouble setting up but works great now. Definitely getting one for my parents.

This bad boy gets it done! I’m a mom of 6 and a Great Dane. I do not have time to sweep and mom everyday, but I can’t stand the mess. This thing takes that worry away. Plus, it’s fun to watch!

It works good for the first 3 weeks and found the inner filter was broken and I am planning to return this week. Other than that this product is awesome and this is my second one for my home.

Great help in the house, only complaint is that it don’t always returns to its charger. I have to put it back.

Having a hard time sometimes to go back to charging dock by itself.

This robotic vacuum does a great job of mapping your house and able to avoid unwanted areas. Battery lasts around 2 hours which is more than plenty of time to clean your pad. Great buy

It made a lot of noise when cleaning and seemed like it wasn’t quite strong enough to vacuum over the carpeted areas or area rugs. With cleaning it out after every use I would rather just use a standard vacuum or opt for the higher value models if you are looking for a more precise and even cleaning experience

This makes it so much easier keeping my floors clean with 2 dogs. Works great on hardwood, tile and regular area rugs. I have a thick area rug in my bedroom that it has a difficult time going over.

I love it! No more dust mop! I recommend this item to all my friends and family! My new toy I always wanted one now I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Coming home to clean floors makes my day!

Works best in open spaces without lots of obstacles. Does a good job on hardwood.

This is perfect! Easy to use and clean. I connected it with my Alexa and it cleans my whole apartment without problems. It sometimes get stuck but it sends a notification. Amazing product!

It cleans so good and has never had an issue. Only thing that is problematic is that it does not like shag carpets. When it runs into the shag carpet it stops functioning and says it has gone over a cliff.

Good product for a first time robot vacuum. Definitely good in small spaces
