Great vacuum, cleans well, only negative is vacuum has hard time returning to base to charge

I had many issues with it at first, I had get the base replace. Then, the battery until Irobot sent me a new whole new bot but different color that work. So overall fair because now it works... good thing I got a 5 year warranty with BBY because with 2 weeks just headaches!

Like that you can start it when you are away from home.

This is an excellent vacuum for the price. We had to move the docking station to a central location so it could find its home. We have had no problems after that

Works as promised. Great time saver and only have to empty every once in a while

I upgraded to this and I absolutely love it. It works great on hardwood floors and it hold quite a bit before needing emptied. I would recommend it to any of my friends!

This was a great price for a hard working vacuum! The low profile worked great for us. The Rumba was too tall and kept getting stuck under our kitchen cabinets.

This is our second Roomba and this one works just as well as the other one. We can now have one on each floor, which allows us to keep the dock for each under a bed/table.

This little robot has definitely earned it's keep so far. Replaced an off-brand, online retailer order robot vacuum with this one; the difference is notable.

Our first Roomba. The controls on the phone are easy to use and very helpful. Just wish it had a bigger dirt container. Otherwise, thoroughly good product.

I have several rumor products. They are consistently good. All robot vacuums have limitations, but Roomba tends to be pretty consistent.

My goodness, why did I waited so long before buying this product. My house aide, formerly known as my Roomba is an essential to me now.

Not bad- pattern seems non-existant and just bounces around ranndomly.

The robot does not work well. It starts off strong but misses numerous areas. Will not return to base station before running out of juice. Constanly trying to find robot. Have had it for over a month. Tech support is nonexistent.

I had a 10 years old roomba and this holiday I bought 2 with no regret, those bots became more efficient and more independent. Easy to set up, even your mom can do it.

I bought this for my mother as I already have one and she complains about vacuuming. I love ours and I know she will love watching a movie while she vacuums.
