Perfect!

My new Lil'Helper

Great Vacuum

over priced and completely unreliable

Unfortunately i cannot return/refund this product to best buy and I also cannot pursue redeeming the 1 yr manufacturers warranty because i did not purchase their vacuum off their site, but decided to purchase it through Best buy, bad move. These vacuums are too expensive to not be able to return/get a refund. Never again will I go this route.
