Completely Crap

Ran it at 100% It went for 56 minutes before hitting 3% battery, and then couldn't find it's way back to base... Other than the lack of run time, cleaning was atrocious and incomplete. The R76 Shark was phenomenal compared to this unit.

I hate this so much

Bought two, thought the name brand would be an upgrade from the cheaper ones that start with an E and and with a Y. Wish I had returned. They get stuck consistently, can never find their way home, and one of the two is in an unfixable error loop. Never again Roomba.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!

Worse than a standard vacuum or broom

I do not recommend this if you have anything but completely seamless carpet or flat floors.

Very disappointed

First day unit worked great then after that it went down hill from there, 1st-Had to restart the app 5 times because unit froze and would not turn off but just sit the with the clean light on, 2nd-When I pushed unit to return home manual or on the app it took forever even with home base insight, 3rd-when not at home I was able to use the app to have it clean when not home...then it would say that there was a communication error....another app reinstall...so I had it and will be returning it.

It doesn't have any navigation ability. It is kind of dumb. Get stuck a lot. There is a lot other options that are cheaper and smarter. Not recommended
