I thought it would vacuum more in one area for a while before it moved on, but it basically just goes on a path and if it comes back to that area, then you are lucky. Doesn't go home when I prompt it to either.

We have has this for less than six months and it constantly has error messages, will not charge and does not pick anything up.

Returned. Ran out of power before finishing and Would just stop. After charging it would clean only the same territory.

Horrible! This is my 3rd roomba. My other 2 are awesome. This is my 1st roomba with two rubber beater bars and a very narrow opening from beater bars to bin. First roomba that gets stuck on everything. First roomba that does not fill the bin because it gets clogged going from the beaters to the bin. Horrible. I have complained to iRobot & their response, “review the maintenance”. Avoid the model with 2 rubber rollers & the narrow opening to the bin.

Very unhappy with product. Can't find its way back to home base before it runs out of battery.

it cant find home it gets stuck all over my house and vacuums the same room 3 or 4 times before it finds it way out to move on. not impressed!

It took some time to get this thing programmed to run while I was at work. One day I stayed home and saw it run. It got stuck for over an hr and I had to turn it off. It's can be loud on carpet.

Struggled to pick uo dirt along transistions from hardwood to area rugs. Just pushed the dirt to edge of area rug. Also canceled several of the scheduled times on its own.

was very disappointed in the condition that the Roomba was in. It has scratches all over it. it was on the website as open box not used.

I’m very disappointed in this purchase. It doesn’t clean the entire house and gets stuck by the sliding glass door. Roomba’s customer service hasn’t been the greatest.

Absolute piece of trash. I hate it anf its not worth the price every. Can not handle any tyoe of carpets. Leaves huge balls of fluff everywhere. We have 2 Australian shepherds and whike i vacuum every day i thought this would be a nice addition but all it does is twist up fur and leave piles or its wrapped around wheels, beatet bars or whatever else anf then it stops and alerts for assistance. It wont even pick anything up off our one area rug. Again completely worthless as far as im concerned.

Not cleaning areas where I want it to clean, it asks for help to be moved all the time.

I had to return this Roomba. It never could finish the job and would get confused. I have another Roomba that is great. This one may have been a lemon.

I did not like that it doesn’t map the house. I returned this to purchase another one. Different brand.

Too much to deal with. It needs a prefect home to work correctly, meaning no carpets, chairs, etc. not ideal.

Loved this guy at first now he is constantly getting stuck on things. Even if there is nothing there.

Unfortunately, the Roomba didn't work well in our home. It continuously got "stuck" under furniture etc. so we returned it.

This was a waste of money. Ran into everything and didn’t do what I thought it would. Returned it fora better model.

Bought this twice and returned twice the next day! .. This machine didn't work, announce Error messages but there's no proper explanation in the manual supplied not found support in YouTube !! very bad experience both the times, I won't recommend this machine!

The robot vacuum didn't pick up pet air as well as they said. It got clogged all the time. We ended up returning it.
