I returned it. I bought it mainly to pick up dog hair as we don't have a lot but nice that this would just do it more often than I. I read the reviews on dog hair and bought it but it just moved the hair around and I have a short haired dog so can't imagine if I had a dog with long hair. Picked up dust good but not strings or dog hair.

It doesn't work that well it misses a lot of areas when cleaning. The series #900 does a better job.

I sold this one to try updating to a more expensive version and they both don't handle dog hair well at all. They cause the rollers to get clogged, even though they say it's pet friendly. This would constantly get stuck and clogged, ended up selling it. If you have dogs/ dog hair, this isn't the roomba for you.

Called to see if I could exchange it. I bought wrong one. Who the hecks want a vacuum that misses major portions of the floor because it's zigzagging all over the place. Unfortunately, I was 1 day past the return date.

Returned and purchased the I7. Wasn’t strong enough to handle my home

not great with carpet. only works on tile. need to improve

Spend more and get the i7 more efficient useful and better

This product uses a bump and go strategy. It runs until the battery is low. It misses places because of the random motion. There are better brand names my friends have

I returned this item. It went in various paths covering some areas several times while skipping others. A total waste if money. Fortunately Best Buy took it back with an apology and I bought a Sharp which works great!!

Do not buy. Design and functionality is flawed. Robot motor not strong enough to throw debris into debris compartment. Left piles of debris all over. After motor was replaced, issue continued to happen.

We returned this as we have a black rug and it wouldn't vacuum it. Upon some research we realized it is taught that black means it will fall so it won't vacuum a black rug.

I’m hoping I can return. Although set up was easy with WiFi, there was an error with the wheel and couldn’t be used at all. I was very excited to open it but so disappointed.

I got the whole sonos package and its the best i recently got bose 500 package and samsung q90R not good at all! This is worth it!! I returned both and keeping this for sure i love it!!

The e5 cleans amazingly well. It has a large bin for a robot vac. It also has the suction power and rubber brushes of the more expensive I7 though does not have the same navigation capabilities. It does an incredible job with pet hair. Setup is easy. Price wise it is in the middle of the line. If you do not need the more advanced navigation capabilities it’s the best!

This worked great for about 2 months and then completely stopped working. Reaching out to Best Buy to see if they can help, fingers crossed!

Roomba doesn’t have mechanism to cover the whole area. It cleans the same place every few mins. I would suggest normal vacuum cleaner is better for home use than this roomba.

there was nothing in the box but a vacuum cleaner no instructions no spare parts. and I think it was used before but carefully and not noticeably

we had so many issues with this Roomba I love them but this one was a nightmare went back to store again.

Broke after a week of use. Made a weird grinding noise so I had to return it. Got a replacement that did the exact same thing.
