The bin is not as large, but the filter is better. Recharges by itself as long as you don't move it; otherwise it gets lost. It's quieter and smarter then the previous model.

Worked for a few months. Then kept giving me error codes. I did everything to clean the brushes, as the error code stated. Nothing cleared the error code. Although I have the full protection plan through Best Buy, they couldn’t help me. Apparently the manufacturer has to be called for errors in the first year. So I called them. They sent me directions for cleaning the unit, it was already super clean, but I followed the directions and cleaned it again anyway. That didn’t solve the problem. I bought an Orek vacuum since I needed to clean my house! Called Roomba AGAIN, now they are sending me a new motor. We’ll see what happens next. Pretty bad overall for a new vacuum. It started malfunctioning after about 2 months. I’ve had it 7 months now. I’m crazy busy so has been a huge inconvenience!

Dramatically better than our old 600 series. Cleans better than expected, but it does run for about 2.5 hours to clean the 1,000 square foot area we have it in.

Great purchase that keeps my house floors and carpets clean. With a programmed schedule my house is always free of dust, and dirt.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a robot vacuum. The only thing better than clean floors is not having to clean those floors yourself! iRobot is the best in the business and their self emptying tech is unmatched.

Great little vacuum cleaner. I can already tell my floors are cleaner with regular use. It does need to charge half way through so it does take a while to clean one level of my house.

Works very well picks up a lot of debris runs for a long time I really have no complaints about this purchase . I love it and will definitely will recommend to others . One of the best purchases I have made. Quiet running as well

This little machine has excellent vacuuming power and the fact that it works with an app is awesome. I’ll have it clean while I’m out running errands so I never even hear or see it in action and I come home to a clean house.

We like our new Roomba i3 because of its powerful suction. As Grandparents who babysit, we are impressed with it's ability to keep the floor clean at the end of the day.

I wish I bought this earlier, I have a long hair cat and it was getting impossible to keep up with shedding. This has changed our lives honestly, I run it once everyday and my house and carpets look amazing, even when you think theres nothing on the ground, the dust bin ends up full of hair, great buy. The mapping however is a little tricky, and the filters have to be changed about every month and a half or so, at least for me. Other than that I highly recommend if you have pets.

Fantastic vacuum!! Never realized we needed this until we had it.

Great unit. Sturdy keeps floors clean. The app is great too. You can program days and times for it to start vacuuming. I had to call customer service to get past the initial setup, but they were great!

Great for floors and goes about entire house but kinda noisy. Haven’t used on carpets.

Love iRobot as it is a helpful tool to help me with the house duties. A con for this model is the bin gets “full” fast. When go to empty it is not full but dust is stuck triggering that alert. Can happen several times during a cleaning. Can be frustrating.

gps don’t work. in other side not bad for small apartment
