However, the navigation on iRobot products lack a lot, especially in low light. I ended up returning it because of the problems with navigation.

We mainly have hardwood floors and 1 room with carpet. I was impressed with how much this dust this little vacuum sucked up. My one complaint would be be battery life. But if rooms are scheduled on different days its not a problem.
