Disappointed

It meanders for hours and I still find things it’s missed. I’ve put pieces of lint in the middle of the floor only to see that it’s missed it completely. Keep in mind, I’ve had this item for nearly a year and it has a smart map created. I’ve watched it wander around for 40 minutes on its way to sweep the next room. Can’t recommend this item.

We Love Sonny!

My husband even named it Sonny after the robot in the movie iRobot! Sonny comes out every night to clean the floors and does a great job of getting up all of the dog hair! On the weekend he is out two or three times a day! This was a great investment on my husband's part as my Christmas present!

Best little robot!

My brother and I bought this for our parents as a Christmas gift and they didn’t know what it was or what to do with it after unwrapping it. Their expressions were priceless! A month later and they rejoice each time I call to check in. They call it the little robot and acknowledge it as a member of the family. “She/it just vacuums all day long and is so helpful”! We couldn’t be more pleased!

And it took multiple trips for it to figure out my downstairs. Once it did i was ablento divide it and set rooms. But that initial process took more time than i thought.
