We have a dog that sheds regularly so the Roomba works like a charm. It’s connected to our home Amazon Echo so we just need to speak for it to begin its cleaning cycle. Very low maintenance.

so glad we got the IROBOT to clean our floors

It really does very well on our hardwood floors and our rugs. I am thrilled with the ability of it to clean our areas of our first floor. The app is user friendly with many options to clean and to schedule. I like the ability of the app to report where it cleaned and where it had challenges.

Needs Mapping Technology

Also, it lacks mapping so the patterns sometimes are very random and the device ends up bumping into many objects. This makes the experience sometimes frustrating.

It picks up dog hair very well - I have a sheddy golden mix. I love that my couch is high enough off the ground that the roomba gets under it. That’s not something I did when vacuuming so that’s a bonus.
