I’m using this every 3 days of the week. It really works and I really like how you could use a map and roomba was able to clean all the edges.

This is my first Roomba and I love it! It cleans my whole house in less than an hour. Highly recommend for busy households.

The i3 does a decent enough job cleaning up. I didn't expect, however, that I'd have to clean up the i3 itself after virtually every single use. If you or someone you live with has long hair, prepare yourself for frequent cleanings of the robot's various moving parts. The "map" the i3 draws for my place is also very inconsistent; to the point where sometimes it thinks it has 2 or more "homes." Were I to do this all over again, I think I would have shelled out the extra $$$ for the i9 model with the hope that it'd provide a better experience.

Its a good one, just take care of it, be aware of the cables on the floor and replace some parts every 6 months or something and it gonna last years and years

I bought this item for my parents and they love it! They've named her Alice and can't believe how good of a job she does. They've always refused to get one even though we've had one for years but they finally gave in and now they are thankful!

Excellent purchase, automated tasks, and the app make the experience an almost perfect one. 4 stars since it sometimes misses parts of the home. It's not perfect... yet

This is the best thing they could have came out with. Easy to clean and it’s not that loud.

Totally impressed. Returned home from work, after first day of operation and was so surprised to see the whole house was clean. I could see the carpet marks, which won go completely under the bed. Best purchase ever! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this. I have long haired dogs and it’s super hard to keep hair off the floor. I have it run at least twice a day and never have an issue anymore. I absolutely recommend this to anyone with long haired dogs.

This product works as described, initially it has mapping issues but after few days it learned and now it’s working great

We've used Roomba's for at least 15 years and they just keep getting better. Like this one a lot. Quieter and better programmed than any of the others. BB sales people were helpful during the purchase also.

I'll be honest, we bought this to upgrade from our old 960. What we discovered is that the i3 is almost exactly like the 960. Down to getting stuck in the same places. The price is much cheaper that I paid for the 960 in 2016. We returned this for the j7 which was a better fit for us because of the ability to map the home and clean only the portions of the home that you desire.

Awesome! I love my new iRobot! Being able to start it from the app on your phone and forget about it is a game changer, When it’s all done it will return home. Amazing for a working mother or anyone! : )

little tough to follow install and instructions as it was designed for older models and if it wasn't for my daughter who has one and had some idea on how to set it up for use i would have returned it to store, but once it was done works excellently takes some getting used to ignoring it at work and the noise it makes but it was worth the purchase. My big dog thinks it's a toy so we have to make him leave it alone, he is starting to get used to it after a few uses

I takes close to 2 hours to complete the job. One of the three-prong brushes broke off after the third use. I plan to return it or at least request a new brush. I really want to like this vacuum. Overall it picks up dog fur pretty well which is the main reason I wanted to give it a try. Upon delivery of this item the box was open. It looks as if Best Buy sent me a used item that another customer had opened and torn open and they did not bother to tape the box closed. That alone makes me want to return the item.

So far, it is great. I don't have to vacuum. In the past, I had trouble with the Roomba getting back to the base. This one always makes it.

I´m very impressed with this Roomba, it was purchased for cleaning the 2nd story of my house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), full carpet and it does a great job cleaning and navigating thru all the rooms, as I said, I'm impressed.

We have an older version that still works and I love. I decided to get another unit for upstairs. The design of the waste bin is flawed. It constantly says it's full even though it is not the case. Unfortunately, I found out about this issue too late and couldn't return it.
