Absolutely love this. I have long haired dogs and it’s super hard to keep hair off the floor. I have it run at least twice a day and never have an issue anymore. I absolutely recommend this to anyone with long haired dogs.

They work great as long as you keep up with the maintenance buy the replacement parts directly from IRobot the ones on Amazon sometimes don’t work

Totally impressed. Returned home from work, after first day of operation and was so surprised to see the whole house was clean. I could see the carpet marks, which won go completely under the bed. Best purchase ever! Highly recommend.

I'll be honest, we bought this to upgrade from our old 960. What we discovered is that the i3 is almost exactly like the 960. Down to getting stuck in the same places. The price is much cheaper that I paid for the 960 in 2016. We returned this for the j7 which was a better fit for us because of the ability to map the home and clean only the portions of the home that you desire.

little tough to follow install and instructions as it was designed for older models and if it wasn't for my daughter who has one and had some idea on how to set it up for use i would have returned it to store, but once it was done works excellently takes some getting used to ignoring it at work and the noise it makes but it was worth the purchase. My big dog thinks it's a toy so we have to make him leave it alone, he is starting to get used to it after a few uses

We've used Roomba's for at least 15 years and they just keep getting better. Like this one a lot. Quieter and better programmed than any of the others. BB sales people were helpful during the purchase also.

We love it! Bought it when it was on sale. Wish we had purchased the one with the self-emptying bin though.

Awesome! I love my new iRobot! Being able to start it from the app on your phone and forget about it is a game changer, When it’s all done it will return home. Amazing for a working mother or anyone! : )

the spinning stopped working with 15 days of use but the factory sent to us a new one

I takes close to 2 hours to complete the job. One of the three-prong brushes broke off after the third use. I plan to return it or at least request a new brush. I really want to like this vacuum. Overall it picks up dog fur pretty well which is the main reason I wanted to give it a try. Upon delivery of this item the box was open. It looks as if Best Buy sent me a used item that another customer had opened and torn open and they did not bother to tape the box closed. That alone makes me want to return the item.

Life saver and Time saver. I am so happy with this! We have been using this vacuum for a month now, and it has saved me SO much time and energy. We do not have any pets (yet), but I have a messy wife who leaves trails of crumbs in the kitchen every time she enters. I would have to vacuum every other day to keep this under control, but now I can just run the roomba. It is not as thorough as vacuuming myself, and struggles at times in corners or on very textured rugs. But it has only gotten stuck a couple of times, and closed itself in the bathroom once. And that is with me running it a few times per week for the last month. The self-emptying feature is great. It is also really satisfying because it shows you a map of the vacuuming pattern after it finishes, and shows if there were any spaces that it had to focus extra time on. I am about getting to the time to replace a filter, but everything is running smoothly. I hooked it up to our alexa, so I can just say "Alexa, run the vacuum" as I'm leaving for work, and come home to a clean first floor. This was definitely worth it for us and has made cleaning so much easier!

For someone who would vacuum everyday if I could I couldn’t be happier. This runs twice a week along with my heavy duty vacuum on the weekends added bonus you can control from your mobile device!

I´m very impressed with this Roomba, it was purchased for cleaning the 2nd story of my house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), full carpet and it does a great job cleaning and navigating thru all the rooms, as I said, I'm impressed.

Love our Roomba. We can just let it go and it will pick up most everything. Only downside is if you have heavy shedding pets, the bin can fill up and will need emptied.

It works really well on our, relatively large, carpeted basement. It's a thicker carpet but still does a good job of "combing" the carpet. Cleans really well too.

We have hardwood floors as well as carpet in a few rooms. We use this every day. Rarely need to bring out the actual vacuum

We bought this for our Son’s new place . He loves it ! So many capabilities ! Reccomend for sure , delivery was on point !

Bought for my daughter and it worked great! She loved it but unfortunately someone helping her move stole it after her fiancé passed away. I’ll probably purchase another one for her.
