I have had Roomba on my radar for many years. I wasn't sold on the fact that it would be able to get in the nooks and crannies of our house. The missus decided to finally get one, and boy was I impressed! We have 4 dogs, and I am used to seeing hair throughout the main part of our house. After getting this sucker up and running (which was a breeze BTW) our house looks very nice all the time! It holds a LOT of dog hair. We empty it after every run, but even that is easy to do. I was even able to tie it into Home Assistant and set it up to vacuum 5 minutes after we went to bed so we get a nightly vacuuming and wake up to a clean floor. Will definitely upgrade when the time comes!

cleans the wood and tile floors well. It does leave clumps of dust on the carpet. Cleans well if used every week

I wish that I could say that I love this little gadget but, unfortunately NOT, iRobot gets stuck all the time. I am constantly having to clean the filter and trash box and it’s not even full, so unfortunate!

Don't believe the description. It clearly states that the clean base comes with it, but it does not. And after over 4 hours and over 12 representatives on the best buy chat, there is nothing they can do and you can't order a clean base because apparently they are sold out all over the country. Best Buy is losing my business.

Helps us keep the house clean with three dogs! We love it!

Ended up getting this one as a replacement vacuum for my Mother in law. I spent hours trying to get it to connect to WiFi with no luck. I ended up returning it and bought her a shark instead. She loves it.

It's complicated. The Roomba I bought from Best Buy was somehow defective (bumper was permanently stuck) so I ended up having to call iRobot to have them replace it. Now the 2nd one works wonderfully. Also, iRobot has a very good customer service response, a real human answers the phone. It has a bit of trouble with my longer pile carpet where there are crumbs to pick up, I think the long strands of the carpet make it hard to pick up the crumbs.

The best purchase I needed. It helps with the sweeping. Getting to places that would require me to move furniture. This is a great must have to cut down cleaning.

Works good for a few months then it always needs help to do the job. If that doesn't bother you go ahead. But I purchased this one because I thought it would require less help. If I could return it I would.

Not going to lie I was a little upset with this Roomba until the update that brings in the map of the house. Now it’s something that is used all the time.

Wife wanted this robot. I believe it’s much faster to just sweep and run a swifter mop and be done. We have hardwood floors and it runs our entire 1k sqft home in about a hour. I must say it works really well and it’s low enough to run under our furniture and dining table. The sensors direct the robot surprisingly well too. It’s super easy to clean the brushes too we have a dog and 2 cats and pet hair will get wrapped around the brushes after a few cleaning jobs. Overall this model does what it says and the Alexa and app connectivity work well. At end of the day the wife loves it so if she’s happy I’m happy. Win win.
