This performed so much better than the older version. We love the mapping system and the suction power is definitely 10 times better.

I've had a couple of Roombas this one is my absolute favorite works great on hard wood floors as well as carpet. Picks ups hair and dust amazing

Great vacumn. This little roomba cleans up so much dust and pet hair. It is shocking what a great job it does!

No mapping on this one as Shark has mapping capability. Would be nice if you could program it to just clean an area of high traffic instead of it doing the whole house.

I rated this three stars because it does tends to get stuck on the carpet. I was not very impressed. I could have bought a Shark for half the price.

It’s a little clunky and loud but it did clean the carpet pretty well and the floor.

its really helps me a lot sweeping the floor, i can do a schedule to do the job, i recommend this to everyone

I've been using this about a week now. It works great throughout the house. However, its seems to get into a "routine" and go over the same areas of the house every time. Not do the whole house but stay in the same rooms. I have found that if I pick it up, put the unit in a different room then it will do that area of the house as well. I am trying to figure out how to "teach" the unit the entire house.

Works great and as intended. Would recommend getting the larger attachment for more storage. I have empty mine after every cycle.

I am trying to find a good robot vacuum to clean up all the pet hair. Fed ex delivered in a torn up box. Should have known then. I got this one hooked up to wifi, let it charge and then tried it in the morning. Great wifi hook up and could see it in the app. Hit start. It came off the dock, started spinning and then got the red circle that said bump the bumper. Did that several times. Never got further than 2 feet from the docking station. Absolutely no cleaning done. Returned this one and got the same one but in a nice, unblemished box. Brought it home. Tried to set it up to wifi. Same wifi, same place. This one would NOT connect. Tried moving it to various places around the house to try to get a better connection. Followed their minimal instructions for resetting. Looked online for how to connect when it wont connect. Uninstalled/ reinstalled, reset the robot, etc. Still nothing. Called Tech support when they opened, Guy was like its your wifi. If its my wifi then why did the other connect with no issues? Went through all the troubleshooting, reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Got a connection (this has been several hours of doing this). As soon as I go to hit clean it lost the connection. Ok, so how do you get this thing going without the app? You hit the start button and then hit start again. Ok, this thing finally undocked and started moving. Great... until a min later when it says "clear the brushes". Picked it up and there is not a thing in the brushes. Put it down and hit start again. Few more seconds, same thing again. My floors currently arent dirty enough for anything to get caught up in this thing. Bare floor with maybe some dust and a little bit of dog hair. Only good thing I can say about this is it did go under the skirt of my couch. Bad thing was when it stopped I had to search for it because the app wont connect to show me where it is.
