No customize room cleaning and battery is not enough

Had geek squad protection on this roomba with the storage (bought Nov 2020) and it somehow quit working so they offered us the opportunity to replace with the same or this one which we ended up going with this one for a smaller area (just a bedroom vs our living and dining room area). Haven’t had any issues since! Seems like the iRobot app has been updated with extra tidbits like health of the roomba parts and filters, which is a nice bonus.

We Love this thing, we have a big house & this saves so much cleaning time, & it's fun to watch!

It seemed like a good idea but more trouble to get everything out of way, put up barstools and get the vacuum out of places it was getting stuck in.

This has been great to run having 2 dogs that shed. I feel that I can keep up with other household chores.

We are so disappointed with this Roomba. We had a 675 that worked at least 4/5 times. This version is more like 1/5. It frequently docks improperly meaning the battery doesn’t charge. The bin is “full” with almost nothing in it. The connection to the bin plugs routinely (with normal things like dust and dig hair). When it does start, it rarely finishes a job. If you are buying a Roomba, this is not the model in our experience.

Simply AMAZING! Years ago I first saw these come on the scene and how they operated. Very rudimentary and NOT even a consideration. Just saw this in operation at Christmas time and was blown away at how far they've come. It has eyes in the back of it's "Head," will go anywhere and everywhere it can. It's "feelers" won't let it tumble down the stairs. When it's done or the battery is running low, it automatically returns to it's charging station. AMAZING!!

Very easy to set up & adjust it self to go from carpet to hard wood floors

I have two large dogs and its a life saver. Now my floors are vaccumed twice a day and i couldn't be happier.

I took back when I realized that it did not have all the features that would make my wife happy. Like tower for self emptying

For the price it does a good job, my wife us really happy with it.

Great roomba - does the job efficiently and battery last enough to vacuum large rooms

1st one broke after 1 run kept giving me an error code. Called irobot and they couldn't figure out the problem told me to exchange it. 2nd one has been running like a champ and it cleans great my only complaint with Roomba 2 is that the battery life sucks because it finishes half the house charges itself then finishes the 2nd half but other than that great product!
