Item received on time but with missing extra filter. I purchases item as Open Box-Excellent Condition but it was in Satisfactory Condition. Unit run perfect. Highly recommend for medium size living room.

This is a great vacuum. I really didn't think it would work very well but i was surprised how much dust,dirt and dog fur it picks up. It also lets you know when the bin is full. I like that you can control everything from the app and see if there are any issues.

Numerous warranty claims and a whole new robot and it still only works 50% of the time. We are trying to get our money back, it’s nothing like the original Roombas

This thing can be pretty temperamental but it really does get the job done. Not a fan that getting replacement rollers/other parts is pretty difficult unless you go straight through iRobot

I love my new Roomba i3 robot vacuum! It allows me to save so much time, even more than I had realized between cleaning after activities, parties and occasions! I just click the button and it takes care of the rest with minimal disturbance or workflow issues.

Learned the house. Doesn’t like black rugs, clean up socks, cables, etc before sending it on a job. Get the best unit, you definitely want all of the bells and whistles

Cleaned good however ran into to many things so it was returned. Recommend for a house or apartment that has bare floors and not too much furniture.

Roomba has been the leader in the robot vacuum world and this model does not disappoint. After having extensive experience with the next closest competitor, I would say Roomba has a better vacuum overall. The attention to detail is higher and the app is good. I don't believe Alexa/Google integration is an absolute must for me, since I have it on a schedule. However, I think it is a useful feature when I want it to clean outside of the schedule. The vacuum cleans well and gets better each run, but I don't know if I agree with the round shape. Although my other robot vacuum doesn't do a great job with edges, I think the squared front allows it to get closer/more flush with edges. Overall, this is a good vacuum for an apartment or smaller home. Setup: This takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how much of the app and smart features you set up. Very straight forward and I let it charge overnight for a start the next day. It wasn't too cumbersome to get the app, WiFi, and Alexa integrated. The charging base is low profile and easily tucked away. Cleaning: I have mine set to a schedule. Currently I have it going 1 time a day. I had not vacuumed in approximately seven days. Within three days of use the robot covered the entire house. It clearly was "getting to know" the layout initially. Over the next week is continued to improved and begin to make a much more routine course. Now, I can see how clean my floors are since it's on daily. I can clearly see dirt around some of the harder to reach edges. My biggest area of criticism is in areas that are not leveled. It has difficulty picking up dirt in areas that transition from higher to lower (ie. carpet to hard floor), but not as much so from lower to higher. It does fine when it runs parallel to these areas. It gets stuck on the typical things such as cords, rugs, bags, etc but I think that is expected. You get used to keeping areas more clear once these events happen. The vacuum isn't as rough as my current unit on walls/furniture. This is important since constant contact/rubbing/smashing into things can really damage furniture. It picks up long pet hair without any difficulty, didn't notice any significant tangles yet. Overall, I think it does a great job at keeping my home clean but it's not going to completely replace an old-fashioned vacuum. Battery/dirt: It generally cleans about 500 sq. ft (at least) on one charge. I really have no complaints here. This is highly user dependent based on your needs. I cleaned the canister daily at first, but with a daily schedule I now only empty it out every 3-5 days. When there's more dog hair it's more often, as expected. It's compatible with the Clean Base but I think that's a very expensive add-on. Overall: I would recommend this unit. Find it on sale. It does a great job and keep my home so much cleaner. This probably isn't great for large homes and would require a different model. You won't regret this addition to your cleaning tools.

Gave as a gift as we have been so happy with it - like that the low profile allows us to hid out little cleaner under a table in living room. Great cleaner, not sure how we lived without it!

App is not easy and device works with app only. Finding it difficult to use.

Did not like; had to follow it around from hitting into things and wouldn't turn. Took twice as long for 2 rooms. Would never buy another robot vacuum.

I purchased this as a gift for someone, and they are very happy with it. Their only complaint was they are not really technical and had to fight their way through the setup process.

I had to return this unit after hoping it would be able to return to it's dock station every time. I moved the docking station to several different areas over a few months to see if that would help but that didn't help. Most of the time I had to hunt it down to find it to find where it had stopped and died. I watched it go in circles many times, I think it was lost, just forgot where it was.

This is our second IRobot I3. We loved the first one until it died. Replaced it with the same model and after 3 weeks began receiving error messages. Did the recommended troubleshooting and was told it might possibly need replace parts. This is too new for these issue so I will be returning and exchanging it.

This rhoomba is a thorough and fast vacuum. It picks up dog hair as well as my Dyson. Due to my 2 shedding dogs, i have to empty it every 15 minutes but this is not a big problem.

We call it "Alice". As long as you remove the clutter, it does a very good job. We are actually a little embarassed by how much dirt it picks up. We were worried about the dog but he got used to it pretty quickly.

I don’t know dude, I wanted an automated vacuum that knew where it was going and cleaned the specific room I told it to and here we are. I love him as if he were my own. I love you Ian the iRobot

This was a replacement i bought the last one needed repair from normal use so i repaired it after a year and is now upstairs . Hopefully thexnew one doesn't break after a year

Originally bought this model because the store didn’t have the one we actually wanted to purchase in stock. We decided to give it a try, and it got the job done. Eventually broke 1 month later

Love this thing! We have 7 fur babies and have never had a cleaner house. Just keep cords out of its way and we did have to replace the front brush after 6 months but I use it everyday. Life saver!
