Does a solid job

Doesn’t Work After a Year

This review is for the amount of time required to try to “fix” it after it decides to stop functioning. I’m guessing it worked well for about a year…after that, you spend much more time trying to fix it for a wide variety of issues.

Mediocre at best

Not up to the mark

There were so many scratches after the first use of vacuum. It takes forever to go back to home docking station. Even if you pick and put it in front of the station it will take ages to dock. So disappointed.

Used Product in New Box

Serial number also did not match what was on the box. Bestbuy did an exchange, so they made it right. But just weird...
