For general cleaning, it gets the job done. But useless for pet hair. All it really does is clump it up in a few spots. I have 1 dog, and run this 3x’s a week… and it it just doesn’t get the job done with pet hair

We had a Roomba previously & were pleased. This Roomba is quite finicky & must have a smaller collection capacity. It will also stop and not tell us. It’s a disappointment.

This vacuum isn’t the best. The app doesn’t work with the vacuum and the cleaning is bad. I had to order another one and both of them were the same.

Works great on all types of surfaces. I just love it!

Oh how I wanted to love this. But the amount of time I spend with stuck bumpers, and other errors makes it a waste of time. The good news is that it keeps my cats occupied....

Roomba does what it sets out to do. Nothing is perfect.

Many times it hits an object, and goes backwards, and hits again, repeatedly, damaging the furniture. The cleaning is not as expected, it goes through the same place several times without sweeping everything.

We bought two!! One for upstairs and one for downstairs!

Horrible. It constantly stops. The latch that holds the rollers in will not close now. It’s useless after 30 days.

Works well as long as all wires are off the floor.

Does what it needs to do and very happy with purchase.

The roomba arrived with very simple packaging. The box contained normal paperwork and an extra filter, a power cord and the roomba device. Putting the device together was simple, pick a place along the wall, plug in the base and set the device there, the roomba really should be placed in a location even if temporary where there is good wifi signal, you can always move it later. The roomba came all put together. The brushes and filter were already inside the roomba. It was just the base that needed to be put in place and placing the roomba on the base. I allowed the device to charge overnight before using. Creating the account itself was smooth. Activating the device should have been an easy process but it was a pain. I was able to name the device and select the network. Set up failed several times over a few days on the activating the roomba step. I would select the device and connect to the WiFi, it would spin while it was thinking, then it would say that it was connected and to return to the app, once it came back to the app it stated that it failed and had me restart the process. I did some research and troubleshooting for a bit and finally came across some people having issues when using new io’s over the years. My current ios on my device is io14. I went and found a device on an older version of ios, the ipad i found was on io13. The set up finally completed using the ipad, i went and signed back in on my phone, the roomba appeared and was ready to use. The app is pretty user friendly once inside, it's super easy to run based on the option to just vacuum everywhere. There are several options for a deeper customization. I have not been able to have the vacuum run unsupervised as of yet. Each time it has gotten caught up, or stating that there is something stuck in it or to check the brushes. I have removed the brushes and have not found anything on them. Not sure what is causing the error number 2 as of yet. It is suggested to dump the trash each time you use the device, this is a must. The trash storage is fairly small. There is an option when the roomba gets stuck or stops to have a beep go off to help you locate it and this is super helpful when you get the error message to assist the robot. I would suggest to make sure there is nothing too large on the floor that may interfere with it running. The piece that took it down was a small 2 by 2 inch piece of wrapping plastic. It does take time for it to run, its pretty slow and will rerun through an area while following a pattern. I would suggest running it when you are not home, that way it has the freedom to run without being in the way. However if it does get stuck its left there until you get home to remove whatever caused the issue. Other than that I have not been able to figure out what is causing it to stop the other times. It is a learning process. Overall I do like the idea of the robot but I do believe a wide open area is better than an area with too many things that may cause it to get caught up. In the long run it is a nice vacuum, loud, very loud but nice.
