This was easy to setup. Learned rooms quickly. Cleans better than thought.

The robot vacuums well, but it’s not that smart in navigation and because of that it is making noise vacuuming and draining the battery faster than you’d like. It introduces frustration when it doesn’t vacuum how you’d like. We also had to get replacement parts after a few months.

Was skeptical at first, being our 1st robot vac but couldn't be happier, This thing is amazing and the mapping is great. We have one dog that sheds alot and with dark hardwood floors and a buckskin colored dog, it was always a fight but no more, run it every day and we also noticed that we are not tracking the hair around the rest of the house so the whole house is cleaner.

This product is great! The possibility of mapping the home and ask it to clean just specific places is incredible! It would be a 5 star but sometimes it doesn’t clean it perfectly and we need to finish ourselves, but it certainly makes our lives much easier!

We had the Roomba 980 but it was starting to have some issues so we decided to upgrade and go with newest product. Compared to the 980, it is considerzbly faster but picks up the dust better. The memory to map out the whole house has also been improved so we are very happy with the purchase.

For the longest time, I thought I would never buy one of these things... I finally broke down and started to read on it when I noticed that I was severally lacking the vacuuming / sweeping of the house. The first thing I was hesitate was the cleaning power... I was surprised. This sucker sucks but in the good way. The dust container is full on almost every session showing the cleaning power. I also like the nice uniform pass overs that the vacuum conducts. I know the old version did not do that which was my second concern. The map setting is also amazing. After the purchase I do which I had the automatic dump system, another 150 bucks or I think 100 if you buy the set. But on the other hand you just empty the bin after each session and you are okay, unless you are not home. Overall I say if you have been thinking about and willing to pay the upfront cost, your house and possibly your health well thank you. To be honest I am even been thinking about the mop system.

Bought for the parents, and they love it. It cuts down on the time needed to sweep the floor and works well. Scheduling with the app is a breeze. The only issue I may have is, that you have to make sure you have a heavy carpet, Sometimes it struggles to go from floor to carpet if it's not secure to the floor. Other than that, excellent time saver!

We were originally deciding between the i7 and the 675 versions of the Roomba. We decided to go with this model because of the SmartMapping feature as it sounded useful for our floorplan. I was skeptical at first, but once it got the full map created the device has been great. We really love the ability to block out certain sections of the map as this prevents hassle with the Roomba accidentally sucking up cords. Also, we haven't used it yet, but the premise of just cleaning one room at a time is nice because our kitchen tends to get messy faster than the other rooms so we don't have to do a full clutter reduction (we have a 2 year old...) just to clean that one room. I will also say that we had an older Roomba model about 5 years ago that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. It was really bad about getting stuck, would miss spots on the floor, had less than stellar suction, etc. It eventually broke and it didn't seem worth the hassle to get it fixed since the regular maintenance was annoying. I was happy to find out that this newer model seems to be much more reliable and requires less maintenance to keep it running.

I just needed a robot vacuum to pick things during the busy weekdays, this does a phenomenal job of cleaning. I have a cat, and was surprised how much fur it picked up. It is a life changing device. Not have to worry about breaking down, all the parts can be removed for cleaning. Just awesome, very happy with the purchase.

Love it. We went back and bought the vacuum tower that empties it automatically. Should have bought it to begin with. This was our second irobot and at our age its a must. We have the same vinyl plan flooring throughout and it does a great job. No pets do can't speak to that.

I debated spending the money on the i7 or going with a model below it. I am glad I upgraded and got the i7, it has been wonderful and we have not been disappointed it it's performance. It has learned my house and cleans very well. This is my first Roomba that I have ever owned and feel it does a great job on my tile and carpeted floors.

Love my iRobot! So easy to set up and I have easy access to it from my phone and my Alexa. My iRobot pick us all the dirt and dust that’s on my floor.. and very easy to dispose of trash. It’s a little pricy but definitely worth the money! Would highly recommend this product.

My wife wanted this vacuum as several friends have one. The learning mapping feature worked well. Still have to customize the map. Wish I had gotten the i7+ as I have to empty the dust bin after each cleaning. I will add on the dust tower and move the current docking station upstairs. My wife says the rugs and carpets have never looked so clean.

We have three cats and it picks up a lot of hair and dust you don’t always see on hardwood or carpet floors. It works well on both. Just wish the were able to make the dust bin bigger so it could go longer before you had to empty it.

Great performance so far. I have 3 dogs, with 1 heavy shedding husky and this robot keeps up pretty well. I run it 5 days a week. Very few problems with getting stuck. (cords) I will probably be getting the automatic emptying base to complete the experience.

It has exceeded my expectation. I love that you able to name the plan that it draws after vacuuming a floor for sometime. You can then request the robot to selectively vacuum an area. Should it run out of battery, it will return to recharge and resume from where it left off.

After following behind the iRobot with a Dyson V7 vacuum, there was no dirt in the Dyson. The I7 did as good a job as a Dyson and I did not have to push it around. It also got under beds and furniture which other vacuums could not. I only wish I had purchased the I7 plus and got the automatic clean base.

We un-wrapped this just a couple days ago our first home robot! In just 15 minutes of reading the manual and following all of the steps, our vacuum “Charlie” was up and running. Just be careful to set up the stay-away sensor by your stairs and watch for areas that it might get stuck under. Great purchase.

I love this. My wife loves this. My kid loves this. My cat and dogs don’t really. It’s not loud on carpet but is on hardwood. Clean out the wheels about once a week from hair. But this is way better than having to drag out the vacuum and fight the cord.

The IRobot Roomba i7 is easy to use and has been very enjoyable to watch as it works it’s way around the house. It’s controlled easily through WiFi. My wife downloaded the app to her phone, named the IRobot Cooper, and enjoys watching Cooper as it works it’s way through the house.
