The new roomba i7 is a great addition for a house. Especially if you have a lot of rooms to clean. It does a good job of cleaning the carpet and returning back to base. The smart mapping works pretty well.

Love this Roomba!!! $700 well spent! I have two dogs, one which sheds badly, and my floor has never been so clean and hair free. Works extremely great both on carpet and floor. I am so glad we got this.

I previously had a Samsung vacuum that we thought was amazing. This roomba is way better. It gets the whole house and doesn’t get stuck like the Samsung.

This thing is amazing! It has more powerful suction than our pet wind tunnel vacuum 3. It has learned the floor plan of our whole house too. I just tell Alexa what room to vacuum and done. So good!

Works great , my only regret is why I waited so long to get one , I highly recommend it and the curbside pickup was very professional .

I had high expectations for this and after paying the hefty price it didn't work well for my house. It couldn't climb over little section dividers and was very noisy especially when it bumped into furniture. I use the shark ninja iq now, way smarter IMO... Doesn't aggressively bump furniture and it can climb over the dividers. It even cleaned better than the Roomba.

Powerful robot vacuum. The roomba works better than any other robo vac I have ever had. More durable and its competitors and made with quality parts. Has room mapping capability with phone app.

For starters, I purchased this Roomba i7 after reading some reviews and comparing iRobot models when it came to vacuuming pet hair. I have one that sheds a lot! While this model of Roomba was impressive during the first few weeks, it started to have a couple of problems, more importantly, the pickup/suction wasn't as strong as it was in the first two weeks, even after replacing the filter and cleaning it well. Therefore, I contacted iRobot support. I will say that support was great! After explaining the issue, I later received replacement brushes within 7-10 days. When that didn't resolve the problem, they asked me to video record its behavior for their review. In turn, they sent me a new cleaning module, which required taking the Roomba i7 apart. Well, even after was done, I was still not satisfied with the cleaning. It simply did not pick up the dog hairs as it did during the first two-three weeks. In turn, they sent me a new replacement Roomba i7. One of the other issues that was discovered, that wasn't mentioned on the box or documented was the 2000 sq ft limitation. It would not map or clean a section of the house. I found out from support that the vacuum has a 2000 sq ft limit. The SmartMap had to be reset several times until it finally picked up the rest of the house. Now its covering the whole house with is slightly over 2,200 sq ft. Finally, as I told iRobot support, this is a very expensive product for it to start having issues within just a short period of time. Also, I found that the brushes are not entirely rubber, they seem to be a rubber/plastic blend and wear down easily. Overall, after some further comparison reading on the internet, I believe that Samsung may have a better product and I told iRobot Support. I think I'll try a Samsung brand next time.

I am very impressed after seeing Rumba at a friend’s house. It does the heavy job for us. I got it after Mother’s Day and extremely happy so far!

Worst Robo Vaccum. it keeps butting its head on walls and chairs. somehow figured out a way to steer away from dirt. keep strangling itself in wires. low battery life - runs for 20 minutes or less. very loud. called customer service 5 times...hold times on average 15-20 minutes. they kept diagnosing and telling to do different things but no improvement in performance. Ultimately thanks to Best Buy (rate experience dealing with Best Buy as 5 stars) - they gave me a store credit. Since then I have tried two other Robo Vacuum - Uoni and Eufy. Better than Roomba in all respects (slim, low noise, battery life, smartly identifies obstacles etc.) at 1/3 or 1/2 the price. This company has too old of a technology stack and stuck in its past. Do not waste your money and time, buy alternatives which are much better and cheaper.

Outstanding cleans better than I could ever do with regular vacuum. I now have 3 - one for each level of my house.

The best thing I did for my wife it cleans all room and it is quite you can program it to run at certain time and the map of the house is a plus

Pretty nice vacuum. I like being able to press a button and havinf a clean floor. I run it at night too so i feel like my floors are never dirty

I was really surprised what a good job it did. Also very impressed with the mapping. We have a yellow Labrador and this has been a great investment.

This is my third one for the house. Good cleaning, decent avoidance of obstacles, durable. Great app

I wasn’t sure how well any of the robotic vacuums would work. After researching which one I thought provided what I wanted, I bought the i7 to try it before deciding to purchase the auto bin dispenser. The i7 app was very easy to use to teach it. The app let me know the status of the i7 at all times. After two weeks of using it, I liked the performance of the i7 so much that I decided to keep it and purchase the auto bin dispenser as well. I used the auto bin dispenser for the first time yesterday and now I have the best vacuum system available today. It cleans cleans very well, it’s quiet and very convenient. I’m very happy with both purchases.

Overall I really like the product. Saves time and I can run it more often than I would otherwise normally vacuum using conventional methods.

This is the best item I have ever bought , download the app and all you have to do is tell it to start cleaning from anywhere and that's it when you get home the house is clean !!

Tried the Roomba 675 first and saw that it worked very well. Returned and bought the roomba i7. It has exceeded our every expectation. We have told all of our friends about it.

This thing has made life much easier. Very smart and accurate mapping. Also, the suction is incredible. It even sucked glitter out of the carpet
