I have to laugh because I thought this vacuum was a joke. If you have dog hair and hardwood floors or low carpets it's a lifesaver. We hv 2 golden retrievers. I can't believe I spent this much money on a vacuum and yet I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Only downfall is that it really should come with a docking station that is bagless. I don't have the docking station with the bags because I think that's a waste of money. They are too expensive. Vacuums come bagless so why can't these....cuz they make $$$

This iRobot - Roomba i7 vacuum cleans very good. We tried the iRobot 960 before. The 960 has a cliff sensor which sees the color BLACK as a cliff and refuses to go on carpet with black especially on the border or edge. We had carpet runners in the halls on wood floors. The carpet runners had a Black Stripe on the edge and the 960 refused to go onto the runner. It became confused and would not clean these areas. The Roomba i7 uses a different cliff sensor and cleaned the runners fine. It also cleans the wood floors very good.

Easy to use, battery last to clean the house. Mapping very easy to identify your areas and plan cleaning times. IT can be used with alexa.

I purchased because I got tired of the little crumbs the kids dropped on the floor. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore.

I love the option of running this when I’m not home. And being able to just send it to one room at a time if needed.

After the 1st few months, flawless. Then it began to become lost. Couldn't find its way off the base and if it did, it had no idea where to go. Out of warranty, I sent it in to there service center only to have it returned after paying over $100 stating there was nothing wrong with it. When I did get it back it would actually undock without errors but now back to its same old ways. Never completes a job, stuck in Keep Out areas, can't find its way to a room to begin job etc. Forgets schedule. JUNK! I have mapped my home multiple times and that helps, but it take 3 to 4 days for it to complete a new map. Then back to the old ways. My old Roomba in the basement works great without mapping and same old battery going on 5 years old. I think its a 600. I would never buy the mapping i7 again extremely disappointed and frustrated. Purchased in January 2020 for $800.

Does great job cleaning the hardwood floors. Does what it's advertised to do. A little louder thatn preferred, but ok.

This thing is amazing! I’m always on the go since I work over an hour away so this thing makes my life so much easier

Overall the vacuum has been good. It was definitely pricey but it does do a decent job of keeping the floors clean in the house.

Love my original roomba. The newer one navigates much better but the rollers are getting chewed up quickly.

Plugged it in and it was ready after charge to go all over my floors. It is an amazing device! Floors were clean in no time with no left over dust.

Purchased this iRobot about three months ago. Continually have trouble with undocking. It will undock about a foot from the base and then stop. We have looked up problem solving steps online and still get the same issue each time. We have to remember to empty it every other cleaning as well. Last complaint is that it is noisy.

Loving my Roomba Vacuum. Really like that I can schedule the areas and times I want it to vacuum and not have to worry about it.

Love this robot vacuum. It’s quieter and faster than previous generations and picks up cat hair well.

Works great! The mapping feature is awesome, it doesn't get stuck or fall down stairs like an older cheaper robot vac I used to have (not iRobot brand). I wish the dirt bin was a little larger because my house is dirtier than I thought, lol. The schedule feature is awesome because every day at 2am it cleans but I have to make sure my 3 kids didn't leave stuff all over the floor that will clog "Rosie" every night. We love that we can ask Alexa to vacuum different areas of the house too!

I wasn’t sure how good it works, but after about a month’s of use I can its worth having it. Super easy to use and saves a lot of time.

So far it’s been great. Took several times to map the house but now we have been able to set schedules and working good.

Very happy with the results. Now don’t have to run begins the vacuum every week. And home looks much cleaner

We love our iRobot! The functionality is easy and our floors look fantastic, even with three pets in the house!
