The accuracy and thoroughness is beyond me! I have two large short haired dogs that shed like nobodies business! I swept and vacuumed behind Alfred (our Roomba name) and to my surprise, he left little to no dust, dog hair, or any particle embedded in the carpet or laid on the tile. This is the perfect product for someone with lower back pain...very dependable.

I think this is the smartest one going up from the rest that I’ve owned. The pattern is to go straight and back and it follows a more methodical way of doing things. It memorizes your layout, maintenance is easy for it too, the upgraded bin makes sure u empty it all out. 5/5 I love this machine it makes my home feel super clean.

MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! Purchased 4/26/2020 the start of Covid. As of today 11/28/21, I have an i7 iRobot that will not work. A couple of months ago started having problems with Rosie my i7. Job time for a robot that is only 18 months old has only 127 hrs. and 48 mins. this only amounts to 7.08 hours used a month. I don't use it as much as I should. I have trouble shooted in the past with CS and was able to get the robot working again. I have rehomed the robot 3 times as suggested by the app. I have cleared the maps, reset to factory settings, and keep getting an Error 42. I waited for 1 hr. and 6 mins for iRobot Customer Service which was no help whatsoever! Everything they asked me to do I had already done. So, their solution is for me to mail it in for repairs. Which is fine, but I don't feel I should have to put another penny into something that is used less than 7 hours a month and 0.23 minutes a day! SO LESSON LEARNED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!! Hopefully, someone else will learn from my mistake! Rant Over! DO NOT BUY! Nothing is built to last anymore!

Bought this for my mom and wow the design is improved. Motor moved out of bin so it’s much easier to clean. Very powerful. My biggest worry was that it would be too complicated for her. I like using the app for my unit, but it’s not necessary and I was surprised she got it up and running on her own. Loves it.

Great product and ease of ordering through Bestbuy

Awesome vacuum/excellent suction for carpet. It’s not as skilled on the tile floor... tends to leave/toss about a lot of visible particles...still have to manually sweep/vacuum tile. For the cost, I would love for it to perform better on tile. I really like that it goes under the beds. I wasn’t manually vacuuming under beds!
